I had been to a couple dealerships prior to here to test drive different SUV???s to see what I wanted which also meant I had to deal with many different salesman at each place. Gary was friendly and honest (which is what won me over). The other dealerships tried to take advantage of me with their sales pitch games and creative gimmicks to make you feel that I can???t get that deal anywhere else so you buy from them but I am huge on costumer service and that???s what sealed the deal to buy from Gary! Kevin handled the delivery superbly-making sure all the 'little ' details were handled well, explaining many features until I was ready to go.
