Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

I'm always impressed when I take my car to this dealership for service. I was recently greeted by a friendly young man named Jay who got the car in and set me up with the service adviser Adrian. I got the B service package and was very pleased with the service. My car is always delivered to me washed and cleaned inside and out and looks great. I can think of many instances where I've been disappointed with customer service at stores and restaurants, it's refreshing that some places like this Mercedes dealer still know how to treat a customer.

I've had my Tucson for almost a year and it's the best car I've ever owned! It's not too big but it is very roomy and is perfect for what I do. Gas mileage is pretty good and it doesn't cost much more than my old Elantra to fill up. I would recommend this car to everyone. Hyundai really is great!

Charles Bain is exemplary employee that represents the service department at Camleback Kia. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I???m somewhat new to the area and have transferred all of my maintaince services of my 2017 optima lease to Camelback Kia. I???ve been unlucky enough to have gotten a nail stuck in my tire twice in just the last few months. This dealership has been my go to since taking it in to get in oil change for the first time. I always deal with Charles Bain and he is absolutely wonderful! He always makes sure to take really good care of me and makes me feel like I???m top priority. I had not bought a car in over 20 years so I am still learning about all the new technology that my 2018 Tucson has to offer. My favorite so far is the hands free WiFi hookup with my phone. Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

If your driver is over six feet tall and you want a great mpg car, this is it. Eugene is 6'4" and has room to spare. The ride is a bit bumpy, as much as you would expect for the size. Acceleration is slow. MPGs is wonderful.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I've had a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and needed to get a new one so I test drove the Tuscon. I wanted to get a smaller SUV since the new Santa Fe is a lot larger than mine. Plus I don't like the way the Santa Fe looks with the body change. The Tuscon I drove was a 2018 Limited Edition so it had the leather seats and all the trimmings. It was not as comfortable as my old Santa Fe. The seats were harder and the leather trim felt cheap. I like Hyundai's infotainment systems and design for the most part. They are user friendly and easy to navigate. Test driving was tough. I went from a 6 cylinder Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Edition to a Tuscon. The Tuscon took a while to get up to speed but it was very nimble which I like about Hyundai vehicles. It handled very well and the lane assist and breaking assist are nice features if you need them. I think this would be a great vehicle for someone that likes to have all the latest and greatest tech and driver aids. Also, the price isn't too bad. I did not end up buying this vehicle because it just didn't have the horsepower and the interior wasn't as comfortable. I feel like the sticker prices was pretty high for the interior quality and low horsepower. I can tell you that I put 110K miles on my other Hyundai and it was very low maintenance. I really didn't have any major issues with it and it was a good vehicle. I think Hyundai is a good reliable make and you can't go wrong with their warranty.

This car is great. It's comfortable, it has a turbo and "sport" driving mode and heated leather, fully adjustable front seats. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get thru the owners manuals, but, the car has a lot of features and options. We did our research before we bought this car and we feel we bought the best car for our needs. I would definitely buy another and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo Amy Lorraine and everyone else involved in helping us with a beautiful GMC Acadia Denali! I have to say that this location was our first choice for a few weeks. A few months ago I had accidentally filled out one of those apps to do a comparison from Hawaii dealerships and Arizona dealership pricing I hit the submit button and biggest mistake ever.... My phone started blowing up with texts/voicemessages and emails, some even tried calling my number with a different area code number it was beyond irritation and then one day I saw a email from this business manager her name was Natalia Likhatcheva and her email just stood out from everyone else's, wasn't there to put pressure or sell me anything, it was just simple email letting me know when I'm ready she'll be there to help in whatever my needs we're at that time. Today, we decided to go car shopping and our first stop was here to see if Natalia was there but, ended up meeting Ms. Amy! She's a very young, vibrant, lots of energy, super nice, funny, and awesome! We were first looking at the Yukons but, gosh those were too expensive and too big but, super nice car! We ended up getting a fully loaded GMC Denali SUV and for a good price, of course I would of liked it lower but, that's ok!! Asking for more than what I wanted it's super nice! We love it and like I mentioned before everyone that we met there are fabulous and I'm so happy it all just started from an email and glad we took the drive to Peoria and met Amy/everyone else. Mahalo for making our day trip fun, exciting, happy, and exhausting... You guys sooo great and to the peeps that cleaned up the car, washed it, and even dressed the tires for me to take the car home Much Aloha to all your hard work and filling up my gas tank, you guys rock!!! I called at the last minute to get a window regulator replace. The Service Advisor said he may be able the to squeeze me in if the parts were available. I received a callback 10 minutes later stating parts were available and if I brought it in right away they can get to it. I met the Advisor when I dropped off the vehicle. He was very professional and said he will have it completed before close of business (4:30 pm). The vehicle ended up completed and hour later, 2 hrs earlier than expected. I was very impressed with quick service and follow through the Advisor and his Service team had performed. I have own many vehicles through the years and have dealt with many Service departments. This dealership is definitely number one and I would continue to service my vehicle there including purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you for an outstanding job.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. FERNANDO was amazing! He was very helpful and wasn't the pushy salesman. He was very patient as I am not the easiest person to please when buying a vehicle. But after viewing 6 cars and 4 test drives later, I finally came to an ultimate decision that he made me feel comfortable about. Not to mention their financing team worked their magic and got me a really sweet deal on payments and a pretty low interest considering my credit score. Ashley, in finance, was super helpful as well and gave me a few pointers on how to pay off the vehicle quicker and to make the interest lower in the future. I felt a good vibe with all the staff and didn't get that shady just put you in any car that would benefit them scenario. Fernando made the process as smooth as possible and even gave me a fair offer on my trade in which was a MAJOR clunker on the outside. I highly recommend this place and if you go to ask for FERNANDO. Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

So comfortable plenty of leg room front and back. Test drove Ford, Toyota first but this is the best by far. Warranties are great. Finance was easy. Customer service was great
