It has been 15 yrs. since I've needed to purchase a new vehicle. I have spent time in newer vehicles with the technology offered, but not enough to know what I really wanted or needed. When I walked into the Nissan Auto Nation, Tempe I was greeted by Christian Bustos. I explained to Christian that I have some knowledge of the bells and whistles in today's vehicle, but I wanted to be treated like a blank slate. Christian to that bit of information and ran with it. Christian was very patient taking the time to work with me to overcome any challenge that I had. In the end I could have purchased anywhere. I returned to Auto Nation because of the customer service provided by Christian, and everyone that I encountered at Auto Nation Nissan. Excellent pricing too! I've had my Tucson for almost a year and it's the best car I've ever owned! It's not too big but it is very roomy and is perfect for what I do. Gas mileage is pretty good and it doesn't cost much more than my old Elantra to fill up. I would recommend this car to everyone. Hyundai really is great!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

If your driver is over six feet tall and you want a great mpg car, this is it. Eugene is 6'4" and has room to spare. The ride is a bit bumpy, as much as you would expect for the size. Acceleration is slow. MPGs is wonderful.

I bought this car to leave at our vacation home in AZ planning to use it for 5-6 weeks per year. I thought the price was right and I liked the exterior styling. After driving if around for two weeks I am shocked with how much we enjoy it. The car is nimble and quick and corners great. The turbo gives it a great little kick. Add in the panoramic moon roof and we love driving it around the desert!! I have a Toyota Highlander at home, and have owned a Tahoe, Explorer and Pilot over the last 15 years. While smaller than those, we give it just as many high marks for shear enjoyment of driving. While the interior is not as geeked out as the others, it does not impact how much we like it. Test drive one and see for yourself.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I had not bought a car in over 20 years so I am still learning about all the new technology that my 2018 Tucson has to offer. My favorite so far is the hands free WiFi hookup with my phone. My second favorite thing is how easy it is to drive and how comfortable I feel in it. Overall, the best decision I made was to purchase this used 2018 Tucson.😊

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

This car is great. It's comfortable, it has a turbo and "sport" driving mode and heated leather, fully adjustable front seats. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get thru the owners manuals, but, the car has a lot of features and options. We did our research before we bought this car and we feel we bought the best car for our needs. I would definitely buy another and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I love my new car. I give it an A+ for handling the snow and icy roads... Which I experienced a lot of last week. I give it an A+ for comfort. It's a very smooth ride. Interior is comfortable and roomy. I love the button that opens my garage door and it actually has a really good range. I love the Blue Link. I love being able to start my car, lock and unlock my doors and sound the alarm, all from the app. It even works with Alexa. And the widgets that come with the Blue Link app....awesome. I have a widget on my home screen... I just hit it, enter my pin and my car starts. I love the safety features. It's a big piece of mind. The blind spot and parking assist is super helpful. It's nice to feel safe while driving around my precious cargo. It is a beautiful car. I love the headlights on it. The tires and trim are super cool. It's peppy and fun to drive. I thought I would miss having 6 cylinders but I don't. Not at all. My last car was a '03 Santa Fe and it was super reliable. I have total faith in Hyundai and feel like this car will last me a long time.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

He was very patient as I am not the easiest person to please when buying a vehicle. But after viewing 6 cars and 4 test drives later, I finally came to an ultimate decision that he made me feel comfortable about. Not to mention their financing team worked their magic and got me a really sweet deal on payments and a pretty low interest considering my credit score. Ashley, in finance, was super helpful as well and gave me a few pointers on how to pay off the vehicle quicker and to make the interest lower in the future. I felt a good vibe with all the staff and didn't get that shady just put you in any car that would benefit them scenario. Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

I was happy to have been referred to this place! Discounts on used rental cars that were below average for the area, nice sales staff that aren't pushy and a semi-quick process. Carfax and discussion of cehicle history before signing papers. Easy because no need to haggle. I have crappy credit so having understanding staff to help the process along is huge. Will recommend.

My wife and I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 11 years and this year it turned 186000 miles. Easily the best car we have ever owned. And we would buy a Hyundai again but we wanted a truck to replace "old reliable." So we did our research and knew what we wanted a truck with as much reliability as our old Hyundai. I wanted a Dodge 1500 crew cab for the ruggedness and reliability and my wife was Intested in the Toyota Tacoma for the reliability and the drivability. And we know we clould not afford a brand new truck. So after a week of truck shopping and disappointment. We were driving past the Hyundai dealership and I saw a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in our price range. So we stopped in to check it out. When my wife and I pulled up we made a bet to see how long to would take for a salesmen to acknowledge us... we were both wrong, Chris welcomed us with amazing finesse and professionalism. We explained to him our price range and wants and needs. He said he had the perfect truck for us. So we followed him out to the lot and he shows us a Nissan Frontier crew cab SV. At first I was frustrated because it was not the Dodge. But after test driving them both my wife and I realize that Chris had our best interest in mind. The Nissan was more reliable then the Dodge and my wife was more confident driving the Nissan. So now we own an a great truck and are so happy. Hyundai is an amazing brand, Earnhardt Hyundai has an incredible staff and Chris is the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and stop by, no matter what type of vehicle your looking for. You just might be surprised.

I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. Thank you once again Autonation for a pleasant experience, and especially to Svitlana, for all the time you spent with us making yesterday a wonderful day for our family. We just love you! I've had a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and needed to get a new one so I test drove the Tuscon. I wanted to get a smaller SUV since the new Santa Fe is a lot larger than mine. Plus I don't like the way the Santa Fe looks with the body change. The Tuscon I drove was a 2018 Limited Edition so it had the leather seats and all the trimmings. It was not as comfortable as my old Santa Fe. The seats were harder and the leather trim felt cheap. I like Hyundai's infotainment systems and design for the most part. They are user friendly and easy to navigate. Test driving was tough. I went from a 6 cylinder Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Edition to a Tuscon. The Tuscon took a while to get up to speed but it was very nimble which I like about Hyundai vehicles. It handled very well and the lane assist and breaking assist are nice features if you need them. I think this would be a great vehicle for someone that likes to have all the latest and greatest tech and driver aids. Also, the price isn't too bad. I did not end up buying this vehicle because it just didn't have the horsepower and the interior wasn't as comfortable. I feel like the sticker prices was pretty high for the interior quality and low horsepower. I can tell you that I put 110K miles on my other Hyundai and it was very low maintenance. I really didn't have any major issues with it and it was a good vehicle. I think Hyundai is a good reliable make and you can't go wrong with their warranty.
