I had sent them a message asking about a car on Sunday evening. On Monday, the salesman -- I wish I had kept his email so I could name him specifically -- called my husband and followed up with an email to me apologizing that the car had been sold Saturday. To me, that is truly customer service. Even though I'm in Michigan, if I see another car from here, I would still consider the drive to get it.
I was in need of a new car. My 2013 Elantra was in a wreck.,Went to Cocoa Hyundai talked with Steve Weighall about getting me a new Elantra SEL in bright blue. I was treated with respect and courtesy by Steve in my search to get the new Elantra. Steve also took time to help me understand all of the new technology in the new Elantra.
