I am writing this on behalf on my parents Ron and Joyce Lucco who this Tuesday purchased a 2013 Nissan Frontier. They have been searching for awhile now and even looked at some of the new vehicles but another year rolls by. This month they started their search again and came to your dealership. They were very very pleased with the whole process and asked for my input. My parents are in their mid 70's and are a little nervous about the whole event. Sid was the salesman and I can not say enough kind things about this fellow. He treated my parents extremely well and explained everything to them. Various online reports and pricing was openly showed to them. Basically the same thing I was doing. Sid and the manager gave them a very fair price. Sid went above and beyond to get the truck detailed the day I came to look at it on behave of my parents. Sid was an absolute gentleman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very concerned about every detail and that everything was as perfect as could be. In the future if a Nissan is on my horizon I will most definitely go directly to your dealership at that very moment. One last comment, the others that we met as we were looking for Sid were just as wonderful. We had pulled in Saturday with the old truck and a small boat after fishing looking for a place to park so that I could take a test drive. We looked a bit funny but a fellow employee saw us and asked if he could help. After we told him our story he described how in the morning salesman meeting we were the two guys stopping in after fishing . Both my Dad and I looked at each other with a smile and it was then I knew this was a great place to buy a vehicle.

I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. I was looking for a pre owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo but wanted one with heated leather seats and a few extra upgrades- which for a Laredo isn't easy to find. I had emailed Greg Bartley about a Jeep they had in stock, which he provided me the information on but also told me about another that had just come in. This would end up being my dream vehicle- it had everything I was looking for, got me in the next day for a test drive and by the end of the week it was in my driveway. If it hadn't been for Greg's proactive and helpful nature, I wouldn't have known about this vehicle and could've missed out. We discussed the terms and what I was comfortable with and there was no hassle or back and forth- he understood what I wanted and made the deal happen. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I love my new car. I give it an A+ for handling the snow and icy roads... Which I experienced a lot of last week. I give it an A+ for comfort. It's a very smooth ride. Interior is comfortable and roomy. I love the button that opens my garage door and it actually has a really good range. I love the Blue Link. I love being able to start my car, lock and unlock my doors and sound the alarm, all from the app. It even works with Alexa. And the widgets that come with the Blue Link app....awesome. I have a widget on my home screen... I just hit it, enter my pin and my car starts. I love the safety features. It's a big piece of mind. The blind spot and parking assist is super helpful. It's nice to feel safe while driving around my precious cargo. It is a beautiful car. I love the headlights on it. The tires and trim are super cool. It's peppy and fun to drive. I thought I would miss having 6 cylinders but I don't. Not at all. My last car was a '03 Santa Fe and it was super reliable. I have total faith in Hyundai and feel like this car will last me a long time.

Let me start this review by saying that I've been a Subaru owner going on a decade and a half. That being said, I knew exactly what I wanted in my new WRX and searched far and wide to find it. Having abandoned almost all hope of finding a manual base model in WRB, short of ordering from my local dealer (where I was quoted a 3-4 month wait and having to pay the sticker price), I happened upon Premier's website after broadening my search. They had a 2017 WRX in WRB with two options: a vortex generator and a short throw shifter at over $1,300 and change below MSRP. Bear in mind this was one of about a dozen WRX and STI models they had listed, all below MSRP. After I decided to buy the car, my salesperson, Jeff, and the business manager, Rob, didnt try to push any extra warranties or "deals" beyond mentioning that they we were available. All in all, this was a great car buying experience and well worth the long drive.

My husband & I, in and approaching retirement age respectively, recently found ourselves in need of replacing our cars. He purchased his first Subaru 7 months ago at a dealership close to home here. I've owned an Outback (2002...my "baby" 😊) for the last 12 years. I quickly located the color combination that I wanted on the Branford Premier Subaru dealership web site. After confirming its availability over the phone with a very friendly & helpful Brian Canell, an appointment was set up for the next day with salesman Luke Pannone. We didn't even bother to test drive, but made the arrangements & went home to await delivery. Meanwhile, Luke kept us posted & patiently answered my emailed questions, etc. I was surprised to learn that he was a newer employee because he is very knowledgeable, efficient & businesslike, as well as friendly & helpful...a real pro. Rob Weljkovic clearly explained all financial aspects of warranty, care & maintenance packages, etc., so we have nothing to worry about even if a bird feather lands on my car. 😉 Every aspect of our purchase was handled smoothly & efficiently by a team that obviously knows their product & their business. It was also comforting to see how busy this dealership is...always a good sign. Today some friends of mine (Subaru lovers & drivers too), came to take my beloved 2002 to a new home, and I drove home my very first NEW car EVER. We highly recommend Luke Pannone & the rest of the Premier team for your Subaru purchasing experience.

If your driver is over six feet tall and you want a great mpg car, this is it. Eugene is 6'4" and has room to spare. The ride is a bit bumpy, as much as you would expect for the size. Acceleration is slow. MPGs is wonderful.

My first experience with Premier dates back to 2013 when I purchased my first Subaru a 2013 XV Crosstrek. Since then I routinely brought in my car for service and never had an issue. Upon finding out Subaru had completely redesigned the Crosstrek for 2018 I was intrigued to learn more about what was change and updated. After reading about new amenities which my current Crosstrek lacked and test driving the vehicle it was clear that I was sold. I average 25,000 a year so comfort & convenience are priority both of which the new Crosstrek offers and exceeds. Since I was knowledgeable about the car I was buying it was a seamless interaction between myself and Premier. My parents recently had purchased a new Forester from Premier and recommended I deal with Sean Gadar. I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe how well my experience with Sean was. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable, responsive and extremely easy going and most importantly friendly. There were a few hiccups during the process as I am not the easiest person to please but at the same time understand nothing is perfect. Any and all obstacles were easily overcome by Sean's tenacity. I would also like to personally thank David Taylor & Rodney Pomerleau as they were both key to getting the deal worked out and finalized. It's nice to deal with a team who is close knit and can get things done! Can't wait for the beautiful new dealership to open next fall. I look forward to many years in my 2018 Crosstrek and recommend previous generation owners definitely check it out. Between the much improved ride quality and upgraded technology offered at a great price the second generation Crosstrek is affordable sport utility. It's all grown up!

I first bought a new Outback from Premier in 2010, it was a good experience (great car), and have since used their service department to take good care of both the Outback and my old 2000 Nissan XTerra. Service has always been fair, and often more than fair I thought, for various visits. I just picked up a 2016 Certified Used Outback today. I picked it out two days ago with salesman William Polito, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great to work with, and helped me narrow down my choices and ironed out a few issues regarding registration and insurance. Rodney Pomerleau is the Business Manager who did all the paperwork and final financing and options decisions. A seasoned veteran, knows his job and was fun to work with. Paola (Andi) Vilches took great care of me before I was cut loose -- she very thoroughly and expertly explained all the electronics and consoles and buttons, and answered my thousand questions. She also helped when I called back with a question later that day. I have dealt with a number of dealers through the years, and I have always felt well taken care and well treated at Premier Subaru.

This car is great. It's comfortable, it has a turbo and "sport" driving mode and heated leather, fully adjustable front seats. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get thru the owners manuals, but, the car has a lot of features and options. We did our research before we bought this car and we feel we bought the best car for our needs. I would definitely buy another and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We weren't planning on buying anything yet and were just looking. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy and/or just looking to make a sale. Bill K. worked with us, asked questions, really listened to what we had to say and respected our opinions - meaning he didn't try to change our mind about what we liked or wanted in a car. He also understood that I was still hesitant to give up my 15-yr-old 2002 Outback. It was in good shape but due to age would eventually start needing expensive repairs, which is why we were starting to look around. He was very knowledgeable and found us a car similar to what I had. On one question we had he got someone else more knowledgeable about it to speak with us. We did a test drive - sweet ride. We asked for time to talk and think some more. He left us alone. When we came back in to talk, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Finance also found us a warranty we couldn't refuse. Bill has checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and how we liked the car. We couldn't figure out how to set the clock - the manual wasn't helpful on that - and we brought it in. Bill was with another client but had Guy come out to the car and set it up for me. Guy was a sweetheart and patiently went through everything on the dash with me and set things up the way I wanted them. LOVE the car!! I've had it two weeks and already took it to Maine and back. Very sweet ride - like floating. Bill is a great guy and we highly recommend him and the dealership. It was a refreshing change from past dealership experiences where they only cared about selling a car no matter what or how, and getting as much money as they could out of us. Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. Friendly, no pressure shopping experience. My salesman, (Ian), and the finance "guy", Mike, were helpful, personable and created a comfortable atmosphere. After my choice was made and they had detailed the car the I picked, I changed my mind about the color that I wanted. No problem. They just responded to my fickleness with good humor and alacrity. If the maintenance service is on a par with the sales service I will be a very satisfied customer. So far, so good!

I've had my Tucson for almost a year and it's the best car I've ever owned! It's not too big but it is very roomy and is perfect for what I do. Gas mileage is pretty good and it doesn't cost much more than my old Elantra to fill up. I would recommend this car to everyone. Hyundai really is great!

I've had a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and needed to get a new one so I test drove the Tuscon. I wanted to get a smaller SUV since the new Santa Fe is a lot larger than mine. Plus I don't like the way the Santa Fe looks with the body change. The Tuscon I drove was a 2018 Limited Edition so it had the leather seats and all the trimmings. It was not as comfortable as my old Santa Fe. The seats were harder and the leather trim felt cheap. I like Hyundai's infotainment systems and design for the most part. They are user friendly and easy to navigate. Test driving was tough. I went from a 6 cylinder Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Edition to a Tuscon. The Tuscon took a while to get up to speed but it was very nimble which I like about Hyundai vehicles. It handled very well and the lane assist and breaking assist are nice features if you need them. I think this would be a great vehicle for someone that likes to have all the latest and greatest tech and driver aids. Also, the price isn't too bad. I did not end up buying this vehicle because it just didn't have the horsepower and the interior wasn't as comfortable. I feel like the sticker prices was pretty high for the interior quality and low horsepower. I can tell you that I put 110K miles on my other Hyundai and it was very low maintenance. I really didn't have any major issues with it and it was a good vehicle. I think Hyundai is a good reliable make and you can't go wrong with their warranty.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I bought this car to leave at our vacation home in AZ planning to use it for 5-6 weeks per year. I thought the price was right and I liked the exterior styling. After driving if around for two weeks I am shocked with how much we enjoy it. The car is nimble and quick and corners great. The turbo gives it a great little kick. Add in the panoramic moon roof and we love driving it around the desert!! I have a Toyota Highlander at home, and have owned a Tahoe, Explorer and Pilot over the last 15 years. While smaller than those, we give it just as many high marks for shear enjoyment of driving. While the interior is not as geeked out as the others, it does not impact how much we like it. Test drive one and see for yourself.
