I just want to say sales manager Chris Bowman was great to deal with from beginning till end. When I inquired about a Hyundai Tucson he was straight to the point, negotiated fairly, and is a "true professional". As I use to work at a car dealership myself, these guys are the real deal, are down to earth, and organized. You won't get the traditional run around from Chris and Manny.
Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. Going through the purchasing process he stayed with us all the way. Everyone at Larry Miller Hyundia Peoria are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with them. We recommend them to anyone.
I came in with some difficult situations to overcome and they managed to work everything out for me. They treated me with great respect and made the process as smooth as possible. They never left me alone and communicated clearly through every step. This was not my first rodeo at a dealership, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had!

In my honest opinion, you will not meet another salesperson, who honestly is there to provide you the VERY BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. She is one unique individual, for all sales personnel to emulate. I would like to add, their Service Department is another fantastic group of individuals who again, understand CUSTOMER SERVICE (specifically, Craig and Dirk). Leased a new 2019 Hyundai Sonata. Worked with Mrika Dobreci and Billy Phister. Mrika was so helpful and easy to work with on aspects of the new car experience. She is VERY knowledgeable on all the functions of the car, inside and out. Billy helped us to work the finance part of the lease to get to a point where we were comfortable with the monthly payments and is a very good listener. We ended up with a great car at a fair price. The overall experience was satisfying because of Mrika and Billy. Additionally, Jeff Alves in finance made all the paperwork painless and quick.
Bought my new Santa Fe here. Robert Smith went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience and focused his attention on customer service. I dealt with Zac Buchanan for the purchase of the car. He was very informative and anticipated my questions/needs. He even programmed my radio station on the new car from being in my traded car for a short ride to the back lot. Thats customer service. He is a keeper!!!!
This was my second time getting a car. I have been in other dealerships just to look multiple times and they are always so pushy and not usually willing to work with my price comfort zone. When I walked into Hyundai today there was no push for us to buy today. They showed us our options and let us look at larger vehicles and smaller ones and were happy to help us into either one. They were friendly and Mrika was so sweet and patient with us. There was no pressure to buy and they introduced us to a leasing option as well and explained it all to us. They answered our questions and made sure we knew that they were there if we need ANYTHING else. Dshon was awesome in explaining the paperwork we were signing and made it super quick and easy. He even shared some of his experience with leasing. Billy was awesome and helped get us to the price we needed in our comfort zone! We drove out of there very happy with what we got! No regrets ! We will be back there for future purchases for sure! Marika is our new go to for vehicles ! Awesome staff and great service!
Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.

Jorge was more friendly and kmore knowledgeable than ANY car dealer EVER. He moved the process along quickly but with lots of FUN and information. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for awhile and the dealership had one listed at a reasonable price. I contacted Hal Bliss by phone and set up a time to view the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Hal introduced me to Jordan Stevens to go over the vehicle. Jordan was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I conducted a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle.
I did have a trade in and Hal was able to give me a fair price for. It was close to what I thought it would be worth and it was not worth haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.
Jordan then presented to me the "dealer equipment" that had been added on to the price of the vehicle. Having bought numerous cars from different dealerships during my adult life, I knew this was coming. I was able to remove some. Hal worked with me on the price of others. I believe that I received a fair deal for the car I bought with these added "options".
In the end, I would return to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy another car in the future. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign any paperwork until the deal was done.
