I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. This is our 3rd Hyundai and Puazza Hyundai of Limerick never disappoints. Our sales rep Tiffany Seifrit is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY auto in that dealership! The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.
Tiffany was absolutely awesome! Got us into exactly what we needed for our son in college. Extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at and considered and made the entire buying experience very pleasant unlike most dealerships. I came in on a Friday evening and was blown away by the courtesy of the entire staff. It made the car buying expiereince that much more enjoyable. It was such a smooth process in buying my 2016 Ford Escape, from the test drive to taking final delivery. Everyone was professional and very attentive to my needs in what I wanted in a vehicle. Customer service was outstanding. I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe and not only do I love my car, the whole experience was professional and, low key, and enjoyable! I did a ton of research and drove most of the other vehicles in this class. My salesperson, Tiffany, is incredibly knowledgeable and was a dream with whom to do business! I never felt pressured and she really listened and responded effectively to all of my questions and concerns. She put me in exactly the right vehicle for my needs. Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
It was wonderful to work with James and J.P. in the service department. I needed to have a recall taken care of and also had some warranty work done. Unfortunately the replacement part for my power steering pump was faulty and leaking. James was extremely understanding and helpful and even called me to offer a loaner car when he realized my car was not going to be ready by the weekend. Another perk is that they offer an Uber ride to and from the shop if needed if you live a reasonable distance from the shop. I would highly recommend the Colonial service department to any Hyundai owner. Thanks again James and J.P for excellent service!

Mike Wilkinson is the best salesperson EVER. This was the second time I worked with Mike. There were multiple issues on MY part, and Mike was extremely patient and supportive. The dealership was very accommodating. In the end, everything worked out and I love my vehicle!!!
Overall great experience with DeSimone. The car I was interested in was at their center city location. When I mentioned to Mike Framo that the NE location was more convenient for me he had the car brought up. There were no issues when I got there. Mike was there and expecting me and I got right into the car. We test drove, loved it and quickly went through the buying process, which was much faster than I'm used to. But then we waited for the car to be detailed... for 2+ hours. It's a Mini Cooper. The size of it is in the name so why it took so long is a mystery. And when we finally got it it didn't look any cleaner than when we test drove so I'm not sure if the car sat there while everyone took their lunch break or what. But it worked out and I'm thrilled with my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. I would definitely go back and/or recommend them.
