Jaime has always provided excellent service. He is a pleasure to work with. I have been fortunate to have him and the Bloomington Hyundai staff involved in service and attempted repair of my Tucson. I have had my car in several times for repair of an undiagnosed electrical problem. Jaime and service personnel have been working with Tech Support over the last 18+ months and have been very thorough in their efforts. Always keeping me informed, providing loaner and been very polite and professional during these numerous and frustrating repair attempts. Would recommend Bloomington Hyundai to all customers. I hope Hyundai appreciates their outstanding employees! Comments that follow are about Hyundai as a company. I am very frustrated with Hyundai , repeated conversations to resolve these numerous service visits with a refund or replacement of this vehicle have been fruitless. I am a senior citizen with limited income and need a dependable vehicle. I made a substantial trade-in vehicle down payment and have just mailed my final lease payment. I am expected to purchase this vehicle by Jan 10th or forfeit my trade-in down payment and 36 months of lease payments (and pay a $400 lease turn in fee). I do not have $15000 to sit in " limbo" and not have a dependable vehicle. The clock is ticking, it is time for Hyundai to step up to "Refund or Replace" my 2014 Tucson Ltd.

I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have one. Overall I talked with the GM and three others. It was discovered that I had paid for the warranty but the paperwork had not been completed properly. They covered the service and I left with a check in hand for the difference between what I paid for the warranty and the repair cost. Many dealerships may not have been honest and pocketed the money. Thanks for what could have been a very different outcome. I will let others know about this most positive experience!!! 😄😄😄

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This SUV meets all our needs in a vehicle. We enjoy all the new tech stuff , like the cell phone access to the radio without talking or looking at cell phone. This vehicle is built solid. There is very little road noise while on highway. We like having all the access buttons on the stearing wheel. Add in good gas milage.

Paul did everything that he could to get us the prices we needed on our new vehicle. He knew that we couldn't afford very high payments and he worked throughout the weekend into Monday with the finance managers and the bank to get our prices where they needed to be. They got our trade in value where we wanted it and budged down on the sticker price of the car too. Great salesman and well recommended.

Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

Bought a RAV4 with my wife this week, we were looking for a family safe car, something we could travel in and had good fuel economy, after being helped by Alexander we chose the rav4, everyone made it easy, we were in and out, we got a fantastic deal and they made it Happen I strongly suggest Clermont Toyota, make sure you ask for Alexander he is the best!

I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since "2011" when I leased my first "2011" Sonata Limited which I loved. I now have a "2014" Santa Fa. Turbo I delt with Al Levinger in sales he did his best to get me what I wanted. Tim Turnbull is great I'm so glad to see him as a manager in the Service Department he helped me with my car when I was having problems and he was a tech. I know that he knows what's to do and he is very understanding as a manager. John Grosso has been my service adviser since day one and is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue is the price of the service menu for each 7,000, 15,000 & 30,000 miles it's crazy I'm not paying $600.00 for 30,000 mile check up when my husband checks my brakes changes my filters and fluids that's insane and it's not anyone that is listed here they don't set the prices it's the dealerships price nothing that they can do about it. That's my only complaint. Everyone is great to work with.

We leased a Tucson SEL from Atlantic Hyundai and we highly recommend them. Our sales reps Matthew Iaboni and Jesse Eiermann were fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. Matt took his time to answer all of our questions and he showed us/ drove several different vehicles to help us make the right choice. He is courteous and articulate, not pushy at all - a rare sight in car dealerships. He spent 15 minutes showing us how to operate various features the dashboard. The leasing process was smooth and quick, and we left with our new car in less than 2 hours including paperwork. It was definitely worth taking a trip from Queens for this. The Tucson seems to do everything well! Ride is very comfortable. I enjoy all the technology, especially Apple CarPlay feature! Three ‘drive’ modes available. Storage room is plentiful. 100,000 warrantee is assuring. I particularly like the exterior body style. Dollar for dollar it truly is a great value!

I went from a van to this SUV and room was my primary concern, but there is plenty of room inside. As far as power, I have the 2.5L, when you put it in sport mode it's very quick. But it has good power even in regards mode. I really enjoy driving it, what a smooth ride!

I haven't had my Tucson long but I know I'm going to like it. The mileage is better than they suggested. I got the Ultimate and although it will take me a while to get used to all the features it's a nice vehicle. I have a 2008 Santa Fe and it's been a great SUV so I wanted to stay with Hyundai.

Adam, our dealer, and Tommy, the Manager, took the time and effort to make sure my Son left the dealership with a car that day. It was not an easy thing to accomplish, as my Son has no established credit - this was his first major purchase. Also, we didn't have a lot of money to use as a down-payment. Our dealer, Adam, was so kind respectful and helpful throughout what I thought was going to be yet another ordeal at a dealership where my Son would walk away disappointed - NOT AT CHAMPION!!! Both Adam and Tommy went above & beyond to get my Son approved for a loan & to get him into a clean, safe, fairly new (only 1 owner!!) and beautiful car!! They even "showed us the CarFax" :) !!! Champion Auto is LIKE NO OTHER CAR DEALERSHIP - customers are not just "potential sales" - they are human beings - some in need of more help than others. All the gentlemen at Champion Auto deal with each person as an individual. Customers are treated with respect and kindness. They even let us sit in their breakroom to eat our lunch comfortably and in private, because we had such a long drive back home (my Son lives in Hazlet and my fiancee & I live in Bayville).
