I had my car towed to this dealership after closing time and they started repairs at 7:15 the next morning. The service department kept me informed on everything that was being done. They had my Genesis repaired and available for pickup thT afternoon. Great service!
This was my first time to purchase a car since 2005 after a very high-pressure experience in Tulsa which left me terrified of the car-buying process. I met Nathan when I first looked at the 2016 Honda Fit, but I wanted time to think about it and he didn't try to pressure me at all. He answered all of the questions I had at the time and he didn't call me until the time we had agreed on. A couple of days later, my husband went to look at it and he met John, who answered all of his questions...again without any pressure! After many hours of on-line vehicle searches at home, I decided I wanted that particular vehicle and wanted to buy at Patriot, mainly due to the fact that they weren't pressuring me. We went back and worked with John in a friendly, stress-free setting. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Honda Fit from Patriot, which I am very happy with (and 42mpg!!!). No more Tulsa vehicle purchases for me...Patriot or nothing!
on vacation in co. the oil plug in our 14 Hundai came out in Idaho Springs, (70 mph) . Got towed to Planet Hundai where they immediately took our car in, checked the engine and determined we needed a new engine. They talked to our dealer in Iowa and both agreed they would pay for the new engine, furnish us a rental car for the duration. The mgr. Josh , other mgs. involved, the mechanic, I thought went out of their way to let us know the progress that was being made. All in all they made what could have been a real nightmare into a point where we knew this would be taken care off with no worries on our part. Again we can't thank everyone involved at Planet Hyndai enough.

Whitmoyer Auto Group is awesome. My Chevrolet Blazer LS ‘98 was having a gas pump issue several times until that night, it got worsen. So, my mom decide to get me a newer used car because she’s sick and tired of that little Blazer, haha. I loved that Blazer too much. We looked up on the car hunting on the websites and found Whitmoyer Auto Group. We went there together since well, I am deaf and preferred my mom go with me to talk anyone for me. We met Brandon Thomas the Chevy salesman that night before they were closed because I had work the next day and had no way to get there. We saw the bright red Chevrolet Cruze LT ‘15. And we sat, talked, and signed away on the very same night.
Brandon gave me his text number in case if I ever have questions or how to get it in the service. It is pretty easy to do. The service was and still is affordable and fixable for anyone! I’m still paying the car payment that fits in my budget monthly.
Everything is going good on a year and half I have it. I say a big thumbs up with Brandon Thomas.

I truly enjoyed my car buying process with Racine Hyundai. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. The process was really quick too! I expected to be there for a minimum of 4-5 hours and it was not even close. The staff was awesome; my salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all amazing and personable. I highly recommend them.
I went to another dealership in the area before heading over to Fuccillo, and things just did not seem right. My father has been in the car business for 35+ years, so I called him and he told me to go to another dealer and see what they could do. I went to Fuccillo and did not leave until I was in a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata. I had a leased 2016 Hyundai Sonata and I was almost at the mileage limit for the lease, a year and a half early. I explained my situation to Derek Wright and he did everything possible to get me out of the predicament while not breaking my bank AND putting me in the same car, but new, as I made it apparent that I did not want to downgrade to a smaller sedan simply due to personal preference (I REALLY like the Sonata). Ernie in Finance made sure of this and I was approved for a loan within minutes with a payment that was doable. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and the staff at Fuccillo took their time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. Derek and Ernie had me laughing throughout the entire process; Fuccillo employs very down-to-earth people, it seems, which is great! I was comfortable with all that transpired and I love my new Sonata. I have told anyone and everyone to go to Fuccillo Hyundai if they are ever looking for a new car and want excellent service and to feel respected and not taken advantage of. Derek actually just called me to make sure everything has been going well with the car and to see if I had any lingering questions. Thanks again, Fuccillo!

When coming to order our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Frank was on top of it! Frank listen to our needs and made sure we got what we wanted. When coming to product knowledge he educated us on difference options to make sure we got what we wanted and more. As our jeep was being built, he called and text us the process so we knew what stages it was at. It was worth the 4 hour drive to do business with them! I recently bought a Tucson Ultimate edition and was treated very well by sale person named Mike. He was very professional,helpful and considerate throughout my buying experience. He treated me as if I was a friend which is very unusual. I didn't feel pressured at anytime throughout the buying process. He has even continued to take time to help me the following days to get it in to ensure it got the latest ecu updates. I stopped in today because my heat not working properly and he came out to look at it for me even though it was a Sunday and service department was closed. I'm very impressed with Mike's customer service and will continue to shop at First Hyundai in the future.
I changed my mind about purchasing this vehicle as it was black, and I thought it would be too warm in Florida's climate. The salesman was very courteous and helpful.

I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from Murdock Hyundai of Logan. The experience of buying this car was enjoyable, thanks to the staff of this dealership. They were courtesy and great to work with. There was no pressure to buy a car or trick me into buying a car, that I've experienced at other dealerships. They answered all my questions and worked out a price that worked within my budget. They spent quality time with me and I was able to get the car I wanted at a price that works for me. When purchasing the car I wanted Apple CarPlay. This software hadn't come out yet for the Santa Fe's. I was told it would soon. I thought soon would be a year or more. I was very surprised that Apple CarPlay was available within 5 days of getting the car and I love it. I now use my phone for navigation and other things. In my opinion it is much better than the factory stocked software that you can get with a vehicle. Thank you Hyundai for including Apple CarPlay and Google Auto in your vehicles.

Brandon! We have never experienced service as good as Brandon's. From restaurants, retail shops, to other dealerships... The service delivery that Brandon provides is second to none. Honestly, you need to make him head of training for your dealerships. He comes across as caring, he has a passion and a can-do attitude that is missing from so many interactions anymore. We have been dealing with Fox (and GT Auto before) for 15 years, and by far Brandon is the best employee this dealership has ever had.
If your other service people and even your sales people only did 1/2 of the level of what Brandon does - you would be so much better. He is that good!

Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates.
Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way.
Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them.
Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.
