I was having issues with some of the features on my new
I was having issues with some of the features on my new 2025 Tucson Limited. Particularly the stop and start feature when driving in the Eco mode. I traded in a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo for my new Tucson which, by the way, I bought during the start of a snow storm in Buffalo NY. After not driving a car for 8 years with all the recently developed features, I was intimidated by all of the new technology and that huge infotainment screen. We had a whopper.of a storm, and stormy weather continued for the rest of the winter. My Tucson.sat in the garage for most of the winter. Now here comes the nicer weather and I know I need to learn how to use this new technology. I left a cautious review about the make and model of my car. I was challenged by the stop and startup feature of this new beauty, as well as issues with the car jumping when I stepped on the gas to accelerate from a stop. I contacted my sales person to ask about trading in this 5 month old car, setting the wheels in motion to resolve my issues. I heard from Hyundai Corporate and had a lengthy conversation with Gordon which started me on my way to "develop a relationship with my Tucson." He left me with suggestions on how I should go about this process and set up an appointment to get back to me on how I was doing. My salesman set me up with.service to ensure there were no mechanical problems. I spent days and hours researching my vehicle.and how to deal with the issues I was experiencing. By the time my service appointment came around, I was knowledgeable about different driving modes, how to inactinate the stop and start feature in eco, and had researched comparable suv's to see if there was another vehicle that was more driver friendly. None compared to the Tucson Limited's features i was.so accustomed to in my 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I met with Eric, in service, and we went for a drive. I had already mastered changing my driving mode from eco to normal and turning off the stop and go feature I disliked so much. My car did not stop dead anymore when backing in and driving out of my garage which allowed me to fine tune my vehicles position without having it jump when I needed that few inches more and stepped on the gas ... I was so relieved to know I had control of the vehicle without worrying about going through the back of my garage breaking into the structure of my hallway.and inside of the house. At My appointment with Eric and our drive using the features, I learned and realized even more. One important issue is that I am no longer driving a turbo. Mistake and lack of foresight on my part. The difference in cabin space from the Santa Fe to the Tucson. The lack of ease in using the navigation feature in the Tucson as opposed to the 2017 Santa Fe model. The realization of the changes in the driving experience over the past 8 years due to governmental changes in gas consumption and economy, as well as the climate change issue. I am satisfied with my newly learned driving experience, but still nagging me in the background is the decision I made to trade in my Santa Fe Sport. In my estimation, it was the BEST vehicle I owned during my 50 plus years of driving experience. As a 4 times over purchase Hyundai customer, I will keep an eye on upcoming Hyundai models that are not boxy and have some sporty style and a turbo engine. In summary, thank you to the sales and service departments at West Herr Hyundai who assisted me in resolving my issues!

'21 Tuscan SEL AWD
Our '21 Tuscan SEL AWD is great in the snow, with a quiet comfortable cabin, and loaded with features that often are found in vehicles costing 10k more & then you have to purchase a pkg with items you don't need to get what you do need. Hyundai thinks about the little things in addition to the overall vehicle. Sharpe exterior lines, soft interior materials and attention to detail is present in each Tuscan. This is the final year of the best generation Tuscan yet, and Hyundai keeps building on the previous gens pros.
