First, the staff are great. I felt like friends were helping me buy a car, not like salesmen pressuring me. The car was fantastic, the price a real deal. They took care of everything and took really good care of me. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't be happier with my Suburban.
Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.
Everything about Park Place Lexus made the experience enjoyable. From the greeting at the front desk and introduction to a knowledgeable Sale Associate you will find every step in the process very comfortable.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.

Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. I have already recommended two other people here, one being my brother who also worked with Nicole to purchase his car. This all happened in two days! I HIGHLY recommend Driver??? I give this rating 5 stars because as soon as I arrived the front desk guy greeted me and told he'll have someone right over to help me. Within a few minutes a sell's rep "Marcelo Palomo" came over to help me. What I loved about this was that he never pressured me at anytime he showed me the car I wanted and gave me other options to choose from he even help me with the financial question, I love that I was about to negotiate the price which gave me the confidence I need to buy the car. Thanks at for everything especially my sells guy Marcelo Palomo.
The customer service was exceptional. I had my headlights changed to non-factory because I was not able to see well at night with the low beam factory lights. I will have to wait until it's dark before I will no if I'm satisfied with my new lights but overall I'm very satisfied with today's service.
