I was hesitant to go through the car buying process because of a very bad experience at another dealer (not Audi Bellevue). I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Rigo as my sales associate. I wasn?t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but knew I wanted pre-owned. He gave me several options and the honest pros/cons of each. I?ve never purchased an Audi before so he was very good at explaining the differences between Volvo & Audi (I?ve driven Volvos for 20 years). I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Lexus of Seattle was truly a breath of fresh air after having visited other Lexus dealerships in the state. The experience was phenomenal from the moment we stepped into the showroom?the best part was the people. Luck, our Sales Advisor, was informed, honest, caring, patient, and very flexible. When we walked in, we thought we would have to place a deposit to wait for the model we wanted to be allocated to Lexus of Seattle. Luck explained the benefits of buying a model from the lot and helped us with an unexpected trade-in to get a great deal on our new Lexus! After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Went straight to Bickford Ford in Snohomish and worked with Branden DuPen. This young gentleman was clean cut, honest, polite & one of the most upright human beings I have met. Branden looked you straight in the eye the entire time he talked, told me what's possible, wha't advisable, and what's not, and was clearly not trying to sell me anything I didn't need or want. He asked questions, let me do most of the talking, and then helped me figure out what I needed. Zero pressure & stress free - the totally opposite of Pierre Ford in Lynnwood.

This is my 2nd Tucson. First had an SEL now a Limited. I highly recommend the limited. Fantastic suv, great car, great value, couldn't be happier.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

I have owned my 2013 with 32k miles and now have 132k. I have been very happy with mine and it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned and that out of 28 cars in my life. Its good on gas and when put in manual mode with traction control off is a totally different car. Most of you that blew your motor properly didnt get the oil pan changed like you should have been told in the recalls. Also just because you had problems at your dealership that doesn't make it a bad car. At least my interiors havent fallen apart like a Toyota with half the miles I have

I got this car at 16. We commuted to school together, drove to dozens of jobs, carried my friends and I on road trips and concerts. We explored 2 countries and 16 US states. It was always very reliable and maintenance was cheap and easy. We finally parted ways at 315xxx miles and I'm now 29 years old! Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.
