I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
Simply put, Hiley Hyundai of Forth Worth had the right car at the right price for a car for my son. Good enough deal to fly from New York State to Fort Worth Texas to get it. But that is a small part of the story. Dealt with Rodney, he made the transaction as simple as possible. He picked me up at the airport, flight was delayed 2 hours, he checked on my flight and called me to confirm delay before I could even call him. Drove to dealership, car was as EXACTLY as described. Signed paperwork and was on my way. He checked on us 3 times as we drove back to New York to make sure our journey was going as planned. Car performed flawlessly, temp outside was 100+ degrees, no issues. I have purchased cars out-of-state 7 times or more, have dealt with some honest folks all over the country. Rodney was the best. My son loves the car. Next time I need a car, I will look here first and give Rodney a call.

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. Thank you and great job Nick!

I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
Everyone I came into contact with was very kind and courteous.

This SUV never stops impressing me with the way it handles the weather & terrain that I drive it in & on . I have the Limited so it does a LOT of things others don’t . The headlights moving around the turns & up & down the hills helps me see much better then regular lights have on other cars . I’m handycaped so the comfort of the vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I Love this Tucson more everyday.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We really liked he way it handled on the road going from a bigger SUV it was great. So much so we decided to buy one.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.
First class dealership. Jimmy was wonderful very personable and professional. He made my buying the car I wanted an easy process. He went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home more than an hour away from the dealership. Thank you again. I love the car .
2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.

The ride is very comfortable. Good acceleration, handling is smooth and tight. Have driven Buick sence 1996, and this ride is everything and more than you would expect on top end vehicles. Very pleased.
The customer service was exceptional. I had my headlights changed to non-factory because I was not able to see well at night with the low beam factory lights. I will have to wait until it's dark before I will no if I'm satisfied with my new lights but overall I'm very satisfied with today's service.

This car is nicer then I was expecting. Could be quieter inside. Would also like to have the backup camera feature. Other then that a zippy SUV!
The service agent was was very courteous, friendly and focused during the initial write-up. He accepted the coupon that I had received in the mailbox and eagerly applied it to the service ticket. I really appreciated this outstanding help.

This car has great legroom and is excellent for toting around plenty of items and people. I use the car primarily for commuting long distances in both the city and on the highway. The vehicle handles well and the car's electronic features (rearview camera, dashboard display, etc.) are very beneficial.
I had a great experience at Driver's Select this past Saturday. I worked with Charles McCormick and I couldn't recommend him enough! He was very personable and knowledgeable about each vehicle. This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. It has the space of a SUV but the style and comfort of a car .. It has AWD which is key with the New England winters
It also has Bluetooth for both hands free and streaming
I give this rating 5 stars because as soon as I arrived the front desk guy greeted me and told he'll have someone right over to help me. Within a few minutes a sell's rep "Marcelo Palomo" came over to help me. What I loved about this was that he never pressured me at anytime he showed me the car I wanted and gave me other options to choose from he even help me with the financial question, I love that I was about to negotiate the price which gave me the confidence I need to buy the car. My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
Kim was a phenomenal sales rep he helped me find exactly what I was looking for with professionalism. He was very polite and patient and he enjoyed helping me out pick the right car. Great person!!!

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
