Charles McCormick is truly a customer care oriented person I have ever met. Instead of trying to sale me as much as possible, he listened and fulfilled my needs with the most cost effective way. The customer service was exceptional. I had my headlights changed to non-factory because I was not able to see well at night with the low beam factory lights. I will have to wait until it's dark before I will no if I'm satisfied with my new lights but overall I'm very satisfied with today's service.
The service agent was was very courteous, friendly and focused during the initial write-up. He accepted the coupon that I had received in the mailbox and eagerly applied it to the service ticket. I really appreciated this outstanding help.
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
I walked into Subaru of Plano on the 29th of January and met Vickie Belt at the door. I explained that I wanted to buy a new Subaru Outback for my girlfriend on the following Saturday, February 7th. My girlfriend and I walked into Subaru of Plano at 2:30 that Saturday. Vickie met us, we test drove a black Outback, and bought the new car. A few hours later, we drove off in our new Outback. Experience could not have been more pleasant or easier. Honestly, I never had so much fun buying a new car!!
My wife and are both now on our 3rd lease each all from TOP. This was vehicle number 6 and both Salesman, Zee Umar and Finance Manager, Kal Mian made it flawless, easy, and another first class experience. Easiest car buying experience, that I have had, in recent memory. I picked the car out online, and called to make a deal on it. We agreed, and when I arrived, everything was printed up, and ready for me to go. Thanks so much guys. I will definitely be doing business in the future, and recommend to my family and friends!! :)
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
