Everyone is very nice and professional. My Service Advisor Thomas Muccilli is amazing. He lets me know what I need done in my car and what I don’t need to get done. The mechanics there are great. I don’t take my car anywhere else but there.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

The entire experience after contacting I10 Premier was truly top notch. I was treated with the utmost of respect and kindness, and can't say enough positive things about Jerry in sales. Although we were unable to finalize the deal price-wise, Jerry listened and did his best to help. I would absolutely return to investigate purchasing should we be able to have the numbers work out. In the end, the dealership priced the car above figures posted on KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar, and NADA, so I was ready to buy on the spot but hesitant to proceed with a dollar amount greater than those posted for the public to make use in making such decisions.

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! I have a 2017 Tucson which I absolutely love. It has just over 17,000 miles. The ABS wheel sensor is causing dashboard idiot lights to come and stay on. Recalls for that on every year except for 2017. It upsets me why they are not recalling 2017 when this seems to be happening to a lot of people

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

Overall my 2017 Tucson hasn't given me any major problems. However I would like to know if any other owners have experience, having to change the brake light bulbs every 3 -6 months. I have on several vehicles for 5 plus years but never had had to replace brake light bulb. I really feel like this is some type of defect. Also my turn signal component had to be replaced.

Our 2018 Hyundai Tucson came with the Best in class Warranty of a 5 Years Engine and Powertrain. I love the Platinum Extended Warranty my Wife and I purchased for a mere $2100 CAD, which covers our 2018 Tucson bumper to bumper for all moving parts, which can be repaired for Only $100+Taxes!! The standard heated seats front and back are excellent for Canadian Winters. The engine is so easy to clean and keep clean, as are the Air Filters to change. 😊👍😎 The worse thing about our 2018 Hyundai Tucson is the heavy Key Fob, which I wish you could replace with a lighter weight FOB, it's the heaviest Key FOB I have ever held in my hands and pockets.😤

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. Sure enough, I found some more vehs I wanted to try out, and back I went with a friend. The vibe at the dealership was very low-key, low-pressure. The 3rd SUV I test-drove was the one, and once the decision was made, I was driving it off the lot in about 2 hours. The finance mgr Yesi was amazing too, she made the process easy, smooth and a pleasure. My friend was so impressed, he decided he would buy his next car from Taylor as well. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

Lots of engine trouble, lots of money out of pocket, lots of love for my Tucson. 2018 Tucson bought used with 15K miles on it. Perfect ride, great in wet weather, AC kicks butt, I’m in South Texas, feels safe, I totaled a 2016 previously and came out unscathed. The only thing that’s been negative is the fact that I’m on the third engine. Lol. The Gemma engines had issues with debris from the cam shaft staying in the engine and I had a blockage in the OG engine that led to overheating issues and eventually warped the block. Didn’t know about the engine issue and just bought a new motor. After about 6 months the second motor, used from a wrecked Tucson, threw a rod and blew up due to debris killing a bearing. Found out about engine issues and bought a resurfaced and rebuilt engine and it’s smooth sailing again. I ride this car hard and it answers the call day in and day out.
