My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I bought this car used with 33,000 miles on it. I've had it for about 3 months. It is a 4-cylinder, so there's not a lot of power. It takes effort to get up to speed getting on the freeway, but I can adjust. My last car was a 6-cylinder. I love the body style and the orange color. I got the manual transmission and it's a lot of fun to drive. It wants higher grade gas, but gets great gas mileage.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. Thanks to its 6 speed, dual clutch, shift-able automatic, this car is the most fun I’ve had driving since the sports car I had in college. I chose it because I’m 6’ 2” and like the ease of entry a two door coupe, with its large driver door and the rearward positioning of the “B” pillar, affords. This quirky hatchback has that large driver door coupled with both a front and rear seat door on the passenger side.

The Hyundai Veloster turbo has a distinctive look and with the turbo engine, it's a blast to drive! My first Hyundai, I decided to buy because a friend has a 9 year old Elantra with 130k+ miles and it's been trouble free. Small hatchbacks are perfect for transporting my dogs and the Veloster gets incredible gas mileage. Nice to be different from all the SUVs and Cross-overs that everyone else drives!

Plenty of leg room for my 6'4" son, everybody loves the racy style inside & out. Head turner but turbo really kicks in with excellent control & traction. 3rd door is very helpful but maintains the sports car style. I would buy it over & over and for my kids too!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I love the look and feel of the veloster so much I’ve owned 2. My first one was t-boned by a young girl texting and driving and speeding 60mph in a 45.... the car was totaled but handled the impact amazingly well. Ive owned 4 Hyundai’s and quiet honestly they’re one of the best makers on the market, for reliability, price, and style!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

This 3 door hatch is a fun little turbo car, though the handling doesn't match up against other hatches such as the GTI you can pick up a veloster rally for a couple thousand less

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

The only issue is the rear set up with the suspension. If you hit a big dip in the road on occasions it can unsettle the rear momentarily. Tyres aren’t the best standard issue.

Went to this Kia to get three recalls done on my van. Most of the people were pretty kind for the most part. The first day I went to get the recalls done, my appointment was at 9:30am and they said my vehicle would be ready by 2:30-3. Prior to them taking my vehicle, I asked since the control arms would be replaced, would I also be receiving an alignment, since at that point my alignment on my vehicle was fine. My service advisor Katie, stated yes. I never received a phone call so I called them. They said it would be a little bit longer because "he's banging with a mallet because he's having trouble taking off the part." Again I called a few hours later after not hearing anything, they stated my vehicle wasn't ready and would need to stay overnight and would be ready by 10:30am. I said okay that's fine. Next day, I again, never received a phone call and called myself around 10 and the work still was not completed. Katie stated if it wasn't done by today they would look into getting me a loaner car. Around 1, I called again and my vehicle was done. I went to pick up my vehicle. They did not tell me I would need a second appointment to install the door latches. They also never aligned it. So, I called again to schedule another appointment due to it not being aligned, and asked if I also needed to make an appointment for the door latches since no one had mentioned anything about it. They had simply said I was "good to go." Went to my next appointment two days later, dropped off the car at 12:30 they stated it would be ready in an hour and call me. I got there at 2:30 after never receiving a call, and the service technician didn't know I was behind him. When asked if he finished on the van, he stated "I haven't started on that xxxx yet." So again, I am asked to wait until 3:30 and they will call me when it's done. I again, never received a phone call and just showed up close to 4:30. The work on the door latches was completed however the main reason for the appointment (for the alignment) was not completed, but they stated my vehicle was "done and ready to go." After I left I then called to speak with a manager, my first call was ignored and they let the phone ring for almost two minutes. I called back and requested not to be transferred but to be put on directly with a supervisor or manager. The manager, Joe, stated that they are not required to do alignments on the recalls they did. When I explained it's a control arm and suspension work requires an alignment. He stated yes but the recall doesn't include an alignment and then stated he would actually like to drive the vehicle himself at a third appointment. Had I not been told after I asked on the very first day I would be getting an alignment I would have been fine, however they told me not once but FOUR times that they would be giving my vehicle an alignment and it was never done. I'm taking it back today to see if they will give the van an alignment but after all of the xxxx we've gone through I'd rather go somewhere else. Also, according to Kia customer service and the manager, the recall states they are not required to do alignments after replacing the control arms (major suspension work), this would be at the discretion of the dealer. Edit: After the service manager Joe learned about my experience he did his best to correct the situation even though I was just given incorrect information by a member of the staff. I was given an alignment and due to having to make so many appointments and the experiences he also mounted and balanced our new tires for free. During our time there, they kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable, not one but about six people asked us if we were okay or needed anything while we were there. Joe also test drove it before and after and test drove it with my husband as well. Overall, I will likely return to this dealership for any future needs.

Bought car used, it had held up well. Seats and interior showed minimal wear. The technology on the car is intuitive and still relevant four years later. Performance is above par for price and size. Really enjoying it so far.
