I just have to give credit where credit is due. Special thanks to the magnificent team for coming through once again. I have purchased cars from this dealership in the past for my daughters but this time it was for me and I instantly fell in love with a vehicle that was carefully hand-picked for me. I only saw pictures of the outside of the car initially and I knew it was the one for me. It was delivered to my job with care. And when I got inside I felt as if the team selected this car as if they were selecting it for themselves. It had features that I did not know it had and plus it was my favorite color. I was given clear instructions on how to operate the car and everything. No kidding this is the place to go for your next car. Trust me! I was shopping around for a new Hyundai Veloster Turbo and came across the last one I could find that was a color other than silver or black and didnt have any extra options. Matthew Merrell was extremely helpful and a very sweet and down to earth guy with a huge jovial personality. He didnt pressure me into anything and let me take as much time as I needed. His customer service is superior to any experience ive ever had and while the process could have been a little smoother, I can't complain overall.

Simply put, Hiley Hyundai of Forth Worth had the right car at the right price for a car for my son. Good enough deal to fly from New York State to Fort Worth Texas to get it. But that is a small part of the story. Dealt with Rodney, he made the transaction as simple as possible. He picked me up at the airport, flight was delayed 2 hours, he checked on my flight and called me to confirm delay before I could even call him. Drove to dealership, car was as EXACTLY as described. Signed paperwork and was on my way. He checked on us 3 times as we drove back to New York to make sure our journey was going as planned. Car performed flawlessly, temp outside was 100+ degrees, no issues. I have purchased cars out-of-state 7 times or more, have dealt with some honest folks all over the country. Rodney was the best. My son loves the car. Next time I need a car, I will look here first and give Rodney a call.
I am in the market to purchase a used vehicle and I found a possible match. I emailed Metro Automobiles with a few set of questions on the vehicle and a customer service representative replied back within an hour with an answer. That goes a long way in my book, I just hope the vehicle is still available...
Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
Great buying experience....and nice salesmen too. Ask for Chris when you get there and definitely would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Great car inventory and their vehicles are very clean.

Went to look for a specific vehicle. It was at body shop for ding repair. Mike offered other alternatives until it arrived. Once “the car” arrived my son took one look and was SOLD!
Drove great, mechanic said super clean engine, more than fair price. Mike went above and beyond to make sure it was ready to go for me.

Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
This is by far the most professional, outstanding service and accomadating car dealership I have ever worked with. I would send anyone and everyone here! Excellent is an understatement!
