From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Subaru WRX STI with the help of Lynn, Justin, Mike, and Ryshawn. I had as pleasant an experience one can hope for when buying a car, and I am pleased with my decision. The sales team was very friendly and helpful, and they were completely honest with me about pricing. My only disappointment occurred during my discussion with the finance employee. I did not purchase the bumper-to-bumper warranty, and he became somewhat unfriendly in an attempt to convince me otherwise. However, I don't believe he was a Haldeman Subaru employee, so I won't count that against them. Overall, it was a great experience.

Drove over 2 ours to see a vehicle that was advertised on Cars.com. I set an appointment, I arrived, test drove the car, then was told that the price in the ad was incorrect. the selling price was $3200 more than the advertised price. Someone needs to keep a closer eye on the store. Was told the advertising company made the mistake not them.
Saw a car online and called to set up test drive. When i got there the car was waiting for me to test drive.
