I brought in a used vehicle I just purchased knowing it had some issues with it. Brian understood right off the bad that I wasn???t trying to drop a bunch of money into it. He did however tell me everything that was wrong with it and cleared up some issues about what I ???thought??? was wrong with it. Anyways, I got all the work I needed done and didn???t break the bank and I felt super comfortable and happy as my car just feels a lot better than when I picked it up. Also I haven???t really met someone his age who is as professional! 5 stars I???ll be back.
I was hoping to prolong the replacement process for my 2007 Hyundai Sonata (206,000 miles) as long as possible. When a deer kamikazed my baby while my husband was driving it, that definitely changed. I'm a 911 Dispatcher, so you can imagine the range of emotions I had when I answered his 911 call and he basically said, "Honey, I wrecked your car."
There were a lot of people and businesses that came together and played a role in making this emotional rollercoaster easier for me, especially because my husband is on the west side of the state and unavailable due to work mandated training (with the only other car that we own).
My dad has a long history working with John's Auto Mart so I walked in trusting that they would take care of me too. They had the exact car I wanted as a replacement (another newer Hyundai Sonata) and it was in the color that my husband wanted. The asking price was very workable and close to the range that my husband and I were hoping for.
Ken and Al were extremely understanding to our situation. Al made the experience very personal and Ken made it possible for my husband and I to be on everything together, even though my husband isn't available to do anything until the weekend (I was buying mid-week during my days off).
When it came to negotiating, there really wasn't any, and there wasn't much need for any. Ken cut it as low as he could and it was in the price range we wanted. I was able to drive the car home the same day and the whole process only took about an hour and a half.
John's Auto Mart definitely made the replacement process easier than I was expecting and I really enjoyed working with them.
I am from Canada and while my wife and I were traveling to Arizona for the winter we had a small engine fire in Oregon. My car was transported to Speck Hyundai, which was the luckiest thing for me. From the minute it arrived Mike Marchese went to bat for me and eventually was able to get my engine replaced at no cost to me with Hyundai Canada. On top of this he was able to arrange a rental car for me to continue on to my destination in Arizona. Even when we reached Arizona he continued to fight for us with Hyundai Canada to try and reach a equitable solution. I have been in business my whole life and have seen a variety of service levels. However, I can without a doubt state that Mike Marchese provided me the best service I have ever had. He was in constant communication, was very compassionate to our plight, professional , and did everything and more than I would have ever imagined,to rectify our problem. If Mike is a representation of the quality of service and care Speck Hyundai provides I would whole heartily recommend dealing with them. Thank you Mike .
My car died at Bush Carwash. One of their employees, Esmeralda, saw my need and called one of the employees to come jumpstart my car! One of their employees headed over immediately to help me!
All I can say is, if they are this genuine oustside of the workplace, I can only imagine how genuine they are within their workplace!

We swung in to Speck Hyundai to check out their Kona availability and to get hands on one. We ended up leaving with a 2019 Kona Ultimate AWD. We are from Central Oregon and have not been impressed with our local dealership. On our way through Tri Cities we decided to stop in. We were greeted by the front desk and were referred to Al to help us walk the lot. He took us right to the Kona Ultimate and we took a test drive. Upon arriving back, we did a little negotiating between Al and his sales manager. It was an overall great experience and we came to terms that worked for both the dealership and ourselves. The finance guru Jesus was also a pleasure to work with and he convinced us to add an extended warranty and GAP insurance, which gives us peace of mind for years to come. Overall very pleased and will keep them in mind for future Hyundai vehicles. Thanks guys!
They do top quality work. I appreciate that they take the time to wash our vehicles . I???ve gone to other service centers and there done in 15 minutes . This is a little concerning to me that they are not bring very thoural I am very happy with the rest I???ve iteceive from you guys .
Brian Pearsall is fantastic. We were in town from Montana and needed emergency service to get our Santa Fe back up and running. Even though it was Saturday and service department was really busy, Brian figured out how to work us in and get the job done, I really appreciate Speck Hyundai and especially Brian.
