I have searched and looked around for an little over a months hoping to find a good deal on fairly preowned BMW, I have visited many places until I finally found Texans Auto Group on the web and decided to call and get an appointment to go check out the car that was soon after mine. Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
Where do I begin? Michelle, Malek, and Troy work magic at this dealership. Their prices are low compared to the value off NADA/KBB. They make sure you get a good deal and you can test drive and get vehicle inspected before you buy. No pressure at all to purchase. Plus they make sure to get me in my price range that I can afford.
Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.

I was looking at a mercedes benz at shawws motor credit for a couple weeks.i was flying back from atlanta with a stop in houston.i called bedis the salesman i had been in contact with to send an uber to get me from the airport which he did.i arrived at shawns motor credit and the car was already detailed and washed and ready to go. bedis had my papereork prepared and after some contract signatures i was on the road with my new car.in fact i was on the phone longer with my insurance than it took to sign the paperwork. I would recommend buying a car from shawns motor credit and speaking with bedis as your car salesman.. bedis is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to give you a straight answer.
Alex was amazing he got us into a truck that we never thought we would ever be able to get. Alex went the extra mile for us. He is very good at what he does and he's in it for you not a sale. We definitely will be returning and recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a new car.
