Drove buy the dealership and saw a car I liked. I was not really in the market for a car, but I saw a car that caught my eye so I asked about it. I test drove a used Audi A8L and really enjoyed the car. I dealt with Vince and we worked out a great deal. Now I have a great new car and feel comfortable working with Vince and this dealership in the future.

Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.

I have an older model vehicle that i service with Orloff. Robert R, in the service department, is always attentive and a pleasure to work with. Great customer service!

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Solid solid vehicle. It is well designed, incredibly comfortable and will most definitely age well. I'm so proud to own this Genesis. It has every bell and whistle that I once thought I could never afford, but this car was such a bargain, I'm still stoked that I was able to afford and own it. I don't know what else is there to say other than it is the best vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few (15 cars in 18 years). Buy this car, you will not regret it.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

My daughter loved it! Brought tears to her eyes. Everything is better on this than the junk car she was driving. Nav, CD, Bluetooth, good tires, sturdy steering, good gas mileage, backup camera, even the speakers work! 😁. That's important to a music major. There's room to tote her Bass to the Jazz Lab. She is a very happy camper! Seriously, though, a "Walking Dead Special Edition" vehicle?

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.

I was nervous to make my first vehicle purchase at a dealership, and I had been to several Honda dealers in the area before I found Bettenhausen. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had seen a specific vehicle on CarGurus, so I called to see if it was available. I scheduled a test drive with Brandee and came in within 15 minutes. I was surprised that she handed me the keys without riding along; I liked that I had the freedom to test all aspects of the car without a salesperson breathing down my neck. When I got back to the office, Brandee went over the vehicle history report, and everything was very transparent. The cubicles are private yet spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere more than any other dealership I had visited. When I decided that I wanted the car, I expected to be there for hours completing paperwork or haggling with prices. Brandee explained that they stay competitive in the market (the price for my car was more than fair based on KBB value) so their prices are bottom-line, and therefore no need for drawn-out negotiations. When she went over the purchase agreement, there were no hidden fees. I was out the door in about an hour, and it probably would have only been 30 minutes if I didn't have a personal payment issue. I was worried about my rental car and asked if I should come back the next day to pick up the new car, but Brandee offered to call Enterprise to have my car picked up, so I was able to leave immediately with my beautiful new (used) car. Based on my experience, I would say Bettenhausen Fiat holds themselves to a higher standard. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient!

love the fully adjustable drivers seat and the back seat slight recline. Very comfy for long drives with family . The backup camera is great!

I needed brakes all around and new tires. This was a major expense on my 2011 Buick Enclave. Although I typically find that going to the "dealer" can be more expensive than going to an independent shop, I trust the service department at Grossinger to do what's "right", and with cars being more like rolling computers these days, I know the dealership will have what it takes to properly service my vehicle.

Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.

I stopped in to get an oil change on Saturday morning and Lee greeted me at the door with a smile. He was very professional He gave me a realistic time of how long it would take for my service. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes or it seemed less than 20 minutes. I can say that he under promised and over delivered. This was my first visit there seeing that I was new to the area, but it won't be my last.

This car replaces a 2011 Elantra. It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ... I like that ... 😊 The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car... I agree. Al the controls are logical and well laid out. I have room for my cross country skis folding down the rear seats... Very, VERY HAPPY with the mileage I get, especially on the highway - a “stingy” 38 MPG ... ...! Practical, fun to drive without going over the top. What more can I say??...

I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a the end of my rope. My 2015 Hyundai had been leased through Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwood,and after multiple unreturned phone calls from them plus a bizarre interaction where the phone rep insisted that she had spoken with me and had scheduled an appointment with me (both untrue), I was on the search for a Hyundai dealership that would provide some much needed honest customer service. Enter Dan Meegan. Dan promptly returned my email and understood that it was easiest for me to correspond via email versus over the phone due to my schedule. Positive points for this. I can't tell you how many times I tried to email Grossinger and only received phone calls in return. What is the point of asking you to email me if you just continue to call me?! UGH! Anyway - so Dan and I proceeded to email throughout the day while I explained my situation and he searched for what might be a good solution. Do you know what the solution ended up being? Waiting and not leasing a new car right now. I am not sure what other dealership would have been this honest with me. Instead, they would have finagled to get me in, fast talked me into confusion and then put me in a lease I was uncomfortable with. Not Dan. I cannot tell you how much his honesty and interest in doing the "right thing" meant to me. I can lease/buy a car anywhere - but without a doubt, at the end of the year, I will be going to see Dan at Napleton Loren Hyundai. Such a great guy. Thanks again Dan...and sorry for the belated review. Life is crazy!!! :)

This car met all of our needs and expectations. It’s driving economy is great and it’s performance is much better than I expected. It’s technology is top of the line.

I'd buy from them again and The cars. Com app was good. Smaller features such as vehicles with homelink should be searchable.

I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Dealer is stumped put new turbo in but on test drive it is doing the same thing. Loses power and just chugs along PCM detected an unexpected high voltage on the turbocharger booster control position sensor A circuit. Code: P2565

Absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson sport! I would definitely buy another in the future. It’s comfortable, great on fuel plenty of room for everyone it’s stylish.

Having serviced my Honda CRV with Janis Joseph (service advisor) for more than 14 years, this week we determined that it was time to (retire) my vehicle with 215,000 + miles. Janis led me to Jeffrey "JP" Parham, salesman, advising me that I was in "good hands." Indeed she was correct! I'd preselected the vehicle that I was interested in. JP" and I took it for a test drive! I was elated! "JP" showed me the operation of all of the "bells and whistles" of my new vehicle, leaving nothing to chance. I was then introduced to Sherri Pedersen Mgr., Jill Verbich-Customer Relations, made her way over to congratulate me, and Richard Smith, Finance Mgr. finalized things for me! The experience was easier than I'd anticipated and I would definitely recommend Napleton River Oaks for sales and for certain service.. I consider Paul in Service, my mechanic!

The Tucson was a great purchase, it meets all my needs! So happy I bought it! It was the perfect vehicle for me as I commute and I wanted AWD.
