Happy 😍 Friday ! On May 29th 2017, I was out shopping around to purchase/lease a car, I went to a couple of places & I was not really happy with the results. I decided to go home, & just give it up for the day. Then, as we were driving I thought, Hyundai is not far from home let's try one more place . Well, I'm very happy & pleased with my decision, because not only did I meet some really nice people, but Marcus Lozano the person I dealt with, was amazing & incredibly nice, very helpful, & he really did a good job explaining details of the vehicles to me, but mainly his demeanor was the deciding factor for me to get the car I know it's a business, but the main thing was Mr. Lozano's attitude & his ways of dealing with me were very friendly, and yet his professionalism was awesome. During this most recent visit, of noteworthy high importance was the expertise demonstrated by the Service Agent assigned to attend to the completion of appropriate maintenance of the vehicle that I currently drive--purchased at Webb Chevy in September of 2015. I refer specifically to Paul, who successfully managed to finish all required work that needed to be accomplished in a timely way and with what I had perceived to have been total confidence in his own technical savvy. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Best car buying experience I???ve ever had! We researched and prepared, which I highly recommend, and then met Paul, Nick, Steve, and Kim. Great team, seamless transitions. We bought a Nissan Leaf, and so far could not be happier. Steve is truly the EV guru, going above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the features and new way of driving. The initial vehicle we???d chosen was being transferred from another dealership, and when Bill Kay Nissan learned there was damage, they found us a similar vehicle that happened to come with some extra touches but they picked up the expense to ensure we were happy customers despite the relatively minor delay. We didn???t expect that, and definitely appreciated it. In a follow up email to my first survey, I was asked to include any recommendations I might have. This has nothing to do with the dealership, per se, but maybe they can help: with the purchase of a new Nissan Leaf, Nissan currently offers an EZ Charge (???no charge to charge???) card for use at public charging stations. So far, I haven???t been able to register the card to activate and use it, which I found (after searching online) seems to be a common issue. It would be great if Bill Kay and other dealerships would work with EZ Charge and Nissan to improve this experience???maybe even help their customers get it working before they leave the lot. I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

After 63,000 miles, I am still enjoying all the comforts and performance. The car has been very reliable, and service costs have been inexpensive. The car is quick, and I like that it hasn't degraded on performance and durability issues. The car still looks good, too.

Bought a super clean, well maintained 2006 BMW 325 xi from Auto House Motors on 6/23/16. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and calm - no high pressure sales tactics! The sales process was very smooth and took very little time. I would recommend Auto House to my friends and neighbors.

Rich Munoz turned me over to Sergio who took the information regarding issues I was having with my 2012 Tiguan. I was having problems with the locking system and squeaky brakes. I asked him to go over fluids and tire pressure and within an hour or so he had checked everything and my car was ready to go. He was extremely courteous and provided excellent service. Only problem, I still have squeaky breaks! I will see if they get better.

I traded in a 2010 Genesis 3.8 premium for a 2016 3.8 AWD with the signature package. I was a bit of a brand snob and before buying my previous Genesis I shuddered at the proposition of owning a Hyundai. I liked the Genesis from day one.....but it's a Hyundai!? My 2010 Genesis was literally the best car I've owned. I've had a couple Lexus's, Cadillac, was raised in a BMW family, this Genesis beats them all. My 2016 is only a week old to me and it has surpassed all my expectations. Adequate power, great interior and ergonomics, bank vault quiet and solid. I drove a Mercedes CLS with AWD at the dealership I purchased from and the Genesis felt like the better car. You have to drive one. If you do, and your honest with yourself, you'll find those Hyundai preconceptions leave you in a hurry!

Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates. Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way. Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them. Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

Let me just say upfront, that I am not a "dealer" buyer. For the last 43 years, I have bought just 2 cars from a dealer, and one was a new one. Generally, I don't trust dealerships. Given that, I was a little antsy about buying a car, sight unseen, 735 miles from my home. Having said that, I have to admit that Wheels of Chicagoland was easier to buy from than an individual owner. I was very impressed with the simplicity of the transaction (no added fees of any kind), the honesty and forthrightness of the 2 owners ( the car was exactly as represented by both pictures and description), and the helpfulness given in the pickup process (even paid my cab from the airport, full tank of gas, ready for a road trip home). I highly recommend Wheels of Chicagoland because, after my personal experience, I believe you can trust them to do what they say.

Had it six years and have no plans to replace it. Fills every need that I have for a car. Comfortable, good gas mileage, and never a problem. If I were to look at another Sonata, I would consider the hybrid, but with 30 mpg I don’t see a need to spend more money when this one runs so well.

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

Gas mileage...50 + mpg, while this isn't a sports car, handling and pickup is definitely better than expected. Car is quiet, dependable , looks good. Definitely worth the money. Yes, I would buy it again.

Overall I love my Kona. Limited. The 1.6 turbo has plenty of punch and has the power to pass or merge onto the Interstate without worry. It has minimal turbo lag. Seats are comfortable Interior is a little spartan despite the leather in the Limited. Corners well. Small cargo area but expected in this price range. This is a daily driver and I really enjoy driving it. No quality issues. Highly recommend this car

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.
