I recently financed my first car ever from this dealership and it was an easy experience. I was assisted by Matthew Carlin and Kevin P. Burwell. Both of these people were helpful in answering my questions and explaining things to me I did not fully grasp or understand. I did not have to wait long to begin my car purchasing process as I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the test drive, financing, and buying my auto insurance through their representative (representative was helpful in setting up my preferred auto insurance company and policy) all took place under six hours.
Kyle Dulock & Lauren Johnson were very easy work with and very helpful. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I usually dealt with another dealer that I have used for over eight years and 7 cars but had nothing but trouble trying to buy this last car. I went to Freehold and they were very accommodating and put the deal together in no time. All the people there were very nice and helpful and I will be a Freehold customer now and will continue to recommend them.

My old reliable 2007 Sonata had been quickly becoming not so reliable. When the service advisor sprung the bad news that the car will need expensive repairs once again, I thought of trading it in for a new car. I was introduced to Michael Melendy to discuss my situation. Michael and I immediately reached an understanding of what kind of car buyer I am and what kind of a deal would get me into a new car. We worked with Howard as we shopped for our family car. He was so patient and wonderful. He showed us exactly what we wanted and it couldn’t have been a better experience. When all was done he set us with people that helped out the remaining buying process. Overall it was a smooth experience and we were out of there with smiles on our faces. Excellent customer service with MR. Eric Williams And Ms Carla Martinez very polite very respect full very comfortable to talk too and very knowledgeable with I all my questions I was completely satisfied I would give them not just the five *****. More like 10 would be better for them both
Went back to get the antenna replaced after I purchased the antenna from eBay. My car is old 94 accord. In addition they determined that my battery is low and need fuel efficiency. All done. Just wish they gave me discount as long time customer. Good job though.
Ron Barahona was a great salesman. Joe G. Sales Manager was also great. Both were easy to work with. This is my Mom's 4th Sonata as she says "this car saved my life". She was involved in an accident sometime ago car was totaled by another driver. She and my Grandmother were saved by the safety and design of this vehicle. Thank you for the experience again.
