I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

We did service our car today. Mr. Sam take care and it was fabulous job no long wait time. He is very professional ! Certainly will recommend to our friends and family! We love Sam.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy! She aimed to please and we felt most comfortable working with her throughout the process. I love my car!

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! From the courteous, friendly smiles when you walk in the door, they always make you feel welcome and eager to help you get into the car you want. The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. At R&R they remember you, they know your name, your family, your vehicles, you are not just another sale for them. This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

While shopping around for a used pickup I came across one on line at Kris Snyder. Although it is just a small dealer he had a low mileage truck at a fair price. I took it for a ride and when I came back there was no pressure. He simply asked what I thought. After some discussion he came down to a price within my budget. They handled everything in a professional manner. I needed to go to work so we set up a time the next morning to pick up the truck. He even swapped my tires from my old truck to the new one since I had just purchased them and they were a little better than what was on the new truck. Who else would do that? When I arrived in the morning he already had the tires removed from the new truck and swapped them out while I completed the paperwork with Kristen. A very painless buying experience and when my wife is ready to buy her next vehicle we will go there first and hope he has something for her.

These things will run forever! Just do your normal maintainence.Honda ,Toyota are overrated and over priced. 24 mpg in 2.4 engine.It won't disappoint! Smooth highway ride One of the quietest engines out there. Hyundai covered all recalls without a problem.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great car all around. Best bang for your buck. Until my wife's car I was not familiar with Hyundai. She has a 2015 sonata sport and it was so dependable and nicely equipped that I was sold on the brand when my wife's car hit 130k and she never did anything to it except brakes, new tires, and oil changes.. not to mention that one is still going strong today as well. So anyway... Bought the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate awd used a year ago with 50k miles on it for similar reasons others seem to have bought one. Dependability, comparable or better features than competitors in its class, not bad on gas mpg, tons of cargo space, great tow capacity, pano sunroof, heated and cooling seats, standard plug in trunk, second row captains seats that recline and move forward and back oh not to mention are heated, heated steering wheel, great v6 power house, privacy shades in second row, nice touch screen, awesome 10 speaker audio system with subwoofer, high intensity headlights, oh and a limited slip rear locking differential that is on vehicles like the new genesis suv or my ram 1500, both are around $50kish new with those options. The only thing I wish it had which my one year older 2015 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn has is front sensors for parking and led lit side door storage areas but that truck was $10-15k more brand new than the Santa Fe was new... So moral of the story, pretty impressive Hyundai.
