I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. Nice crossover car. Not an suv. Luxurious styling. Nimble. Peppy v-6. Trans ok, could’ve been smoother. Cramped back seat. Modern electronics. Good navigation. Cameras. Paint fair. Interiors nice. Prone to rust undersurface

I had searched for months comparing all of the small luxury CUVs. While the German brands may have had a slight advantage in rear seat leg room, perhaps even a couple more miles per gallon, in the end it was the total package of the EX37 that won my heart. The first in class interior, the trim and sporty dimensions, the sound and performance of the wonderful Infiniti 3.7 engine, the advanced technology, truly the driving experience that is the Infiniti EX37 beat the others hands down. Certainly you won't be hauling lumber and landscape supplies from the big box hardware store. The miles per gallon penalty will be erased by the smiles per gallon every time you drive this luxury CUV. Whether you call it a CUV or a sporty 4d hatchback, the admiring looks will tell you it is one gorgeous automobile.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. By far one of the best experience I’ve had purchasing the car and the process of purchasing it was quick! Best dealership that I know of and I will go to them for future vehicles. We did our shopping! We liked the sales guy simply bc he liked the car. He showed us so much about the car, without any sales pitches. In the end he didn't have to sell us, the Car sold us.

After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.
Since we live about 3 hours away, we called and made arrangements to come in during the week. Andy was there to greet us when we arrived, the car was ready and he told us to take it out and drive around town. We loved the car and when we got back to the dealership, negotiated a satisfactory price.
We went to lunch and when we returned, the car was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete. There was absolutely no pressure and was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have ever had.
After arriving home and after a week of ownership, we noticed a few minor issues. We contacted Andy, and he and Mark were great about fixing the problems without any hassle.
They have a large inventory of very clean cars and we would not hesitate in buying another car from them.
After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)
Acton Toyota stands out as easily the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have had. Steve Kiviat was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions about the car, and was completely transparent throughout the entire experience.
