Recently, we purchased a CPO from Internet Sales Manager JV. He is very responsive to questions, keeps his commitments and is very knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and found the perfect car for us! We'll certainly be returning to Concord and JV for our future needs.
Chance was very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me at ease and comfortable. Made sure I was ok with everything and helped me understand everything deeper. It was a hard and big leap for me and I???m glad I decided to come here for it.
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks
I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.
Melissa was superb, I give her 5 Stars!. She is extremely knowledgeable of the product and listened to what I was looking for. She found me the perfect CRV for my needs and budget. She also addressed all of my concerns professionally and willingly. I appreciate the time and patience spent on educating me about the CR-V and the dealership services. Thanks Melissa!
Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great.
Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.

We enjoyed working with Alison for the purchase of our new CR-V. She is knowledgeable, open to all questions and exceptionally personable. A delight to spend time with. Followers through on what she says she will do. If i had a need for another Honda today, I would contact Alison.
Since we live about 3 hours away, we called and made arrangements to come in during the week. Andy was there to greet us when we arrived, the car was ready and he told us to take it out and drive around town. We loved the car and when we got back to the dealership, negotiated a satisfactory price.
We went to lunch and when we returned, the car was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete. There was absolutely no pressure and was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have ever had.
After arriving home and after a week of ownership, we noticed a few minor issues. We contacted Andy, and he and Mark were great about fixing the problems without any hassle.
They have a large inventory of very clean cars and we would not hesitate in buying another car from them.
They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.
I don???t have much patience for the sales process because I research before I arrive and know what I like and don???t so usually don???t enjoy the process. Mark Wilson changed that for me. He was excellent in his knowledge, his respect for what I cared about and his willingness to be flexible in how the process was conducted if that was important to me. He went above and beyond every step of the way.
