I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
Fantastic service! This is my second time to purchase a used car from them. I went back because I trust them! My first car purchase needed some minor repairs and they toke care of it right away. I just purchased my daughters first car and they also serviced it before we drove it off the lot. Never anything wrong with a used car when you know you are taken care of. Happy teen=Happy Mom!
Easiest car buying experience, that I have had, in recent memory. I picked the car out online, and called to make a deal on it. Working with Larry at 1and2 Automotive was one of the most pleasant car buying times we have ever experienced. Larry was never pushy, always straight forward and honest. His knowledge of the car and the attention to detail made the car buying process stress free. Once the vehicle was selected and price agreed upon, the paperwork took less than 15 minutes and we were driving away happy. The car had been checked out thoroughly by the 1and2 Automotive team which gave us great confidence in our selection as we drove off the lot. Great experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful in trying to get me into the vehicle that I had been wanting for YEARS!! And they succeeded, a Veloster Turbo!! As a concerned parent naturally I wanted to assist my little girl if she needed it, but Lester took care addressing every question and concern she had.

I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.

Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.

AJ answered my email inquiry on a Sunday and got the ball rolling! No games, No gimmicks HERE PEOPLE!! They took a chance on me and financed the car I WANTED!!! For that alone I’m grateful! God blessed me with this car and Rick and AJ were a help in the process! I will go back and buy my second car from the GUYS here!

These are good guys who tried really hard to get me into a good car. My height and leg length made it difficult, but I was shown several great cars that just didn't fit. The one that did I decided against because it was a luxury car, and I didn't want that route. But, all the folks here are great.
Great buying experience. Answered all my questions in a comfortable environment without the pressure and gimmicks I found at so many dealers. Their inventory and range of price options were outstanding. Glad I found them and will return again for our next car.
