We needed to find something for my husband because he commutes a ton. Our last two vehicles were purchased at a large dealership which made us feel more like a number than a customer. A car is an investment and at 101 Auto we felt like Scott and Echo saw us as we were, a family in need of something reliable. They took time to make sure we were comfortable and we felt like they actually saw us as people. I love that they only sold vehicles that had one previous owner. They are open and honest, characteristics my husband and I hold dear. We had one little hiccup but they took care of that quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to go back there if we are ever in the market again to buy.

Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
It was a pleasure working with Tom. Test drove car on a Saturday and a hand shake later we picked up car on Monday. It is nice to be treated with respect and honor. I will return again. Thanks Tom and Andre.
Went here to look at their pre-owned 2017 Nissan Altimas. I was helped by Katie...What a Pleasant, Kind and Polite individual. Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience..Katie was the Exception..No pressure., helpful and informative...Unfortunately we could not agree on a Price.I would recommend that you take the car to an Independent Mechanic and Have a Buyers Inspection Done..A lot of these Vehicles are Rental Cars..It doesn't matter if they are Certified you want to make sure these vehicles were not Abused....Go see Katie if you are in the market for a Nissan...Thanks
I test drove 5 different cars. The salesman was very honest, and actually told me that one of the cars I was interested in had an issue and needed a repair that wasnt immediately noticable. I found a beautiful car with very low miles and an amazing one owner service history forv$3000 less than the same car with the same miles at a dealer 30 miles away, and they gave me more than the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my trade in. I NEVER take time to write a review, but was so happy with this dealer that I felt compelled to take the time to write this one. It is probably worth mentioning that I paid cash for this car, so I cannot speak to an experience with financing with thos dealer.
My car experience went fairly well. I was looking on internet for cars within a certain price range for transportation for a college student. i came across Hyatt car dealership. My father and I went down to look at the car. It was very hot that day we test drove the car then de ided to buy it. We had quite a wait because there was only on person processing paperwork. He was very nice and customer friendly.
They are an outstanding, honest and a compassionate company willing to work with anyone. Yes the anyone must have a means to have a down payment and maintain their portion of on-time payments, but Dynamite has outstanding customer service. There are two people who really shine, Roy and Ericka. Please remember to consider Dynamite on your new purchase. You won't be disappointed. Roy has a special place in my family's life because he has went above and beyond each and every time. Considering those with disabilities in my family, Roy showed and demonstrated compassion and professionalism. Ericka is just a gem. I went in to check it one of their advertised trucks from cars.Com. The salesman was very helpful in showing me different vehicles. Very friendly, reasonably knowledgeable and no pressure sales tactics applied.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
