Other than the couple of drives to Arlington from Stephens City I had a good experience. First impression was it was a small lot with little parking. They had a totally full lot! I had made an appointment to see the vehicle and it was clean and ready. We did a walk through of the unit in and out. There were a few issues and they told me they would take care of those things. I told them I'd return the following weekend to buy the unit. Pretty normal stuff really if you buy used cars....Here is the reason I bought from these guys......I went through a three month search for a Suburban with the least miles and latest year model for the least money.....I went to many dealers within a seventy five mile radius and honestly it was a bad experience as the majority of guys we talked to really didn't care if we bought or not. One guy was drinking coffee and threw me the keys and told me where to find it on the lot. I was tired of all the salesmen who where indifferent and uncaring. I get to Eagle and it was..."you are the boss Sir, tell us what you want and we'll make it happen. They did everything they said they'd do and more. They were busy to the max and they busted their tails working hard for me and everyone else. Compared to the large dealerships they were unsurpassed. Eager and honest. They won by business with integrity. I didn't haggle on pricing as they had the unit priced fairly and because they were eager to work on the "punch list" that we put together I didn't want to cut into their margin too badly. I got a good, fair deal. I am happy with the unit and it runs great. I just need to sell my 05 Suburban now to make my wife happy. Try these guys out!

I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. From start of my search till I came to their dealership, my experience was just simply amazing. Excellent price, fantastic team, great condition and fast service sums it all for Certified Car Center. If you are looking for just that, you have got to pay them a visit.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
I am a retired school teacher and in my years I have purchase a good number of used and new cars and trucks. I was looking for a wagon and I came accross an add from Certified Car Center about this sought after BMW 530XiT. I sent their sale's department an email and quickly I got a respond from Nabi and from there I submitted my credit application. Their Finance Manager called me withing minutes and reviewed my application and promised me he would call me back, which he did with the good news of my approval, the next day my wife and I drove down there and did all my transaction under 45 minutes and we couldn't be happier. Thank you gentleman for the great ride and fast and pain free transaction. You certainly have won us for life.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.
