BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
I dealt with Kevin in service for the first time ever and he was super easy to work with, very commutative and in fact based upon this interaction I will be using this dealership over the one I am currently using.
Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
The thing I liked the most is no salesperson to harass me while I was checking out the car and they give me all the time in the world to check the car and even took it to my mechanic and had 2 minor issues that they were glad to fix at no extra cost.
Honestly, the way a car buying experience should be.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
When I shop for anything, ratings are important 2 me so that I don't end up wasting my time and energy in the long run. When U work with a "car company" that takes pride in their service, 9 out of 10, U wont end up with "a lemon". These guys at First Choice will work with U as they have many qualified options for U 2 choose from that with definitely meet your expectations. First Choice dropped the car off at my mechanic 2 allow my guys 2 check it out because "they knew it was all good". No funny business here! I like that!

Anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales in Sacramento must ask for Angelo and also have a talk with Sal. These two guys are remarkable and changed the way I think about buying a vehicle from a used car dealership. I did a long research prior to my trip from out of state and Angelo made my car buying experience very outstanding . He was very accommodating yet gave me plenty of time to make a decision and allowed me to inspect the vehicle on my own (unlike others who tail you all the time). The atmosphere at Kareem was pleasant. There was no pressure and the staff didn’t seem stressed out thanks to Sal’s management style. The process of getting my truck was pain free and when I took it to Toyota for a multi point inspection I was very pleased when they said everything checked out and there was nothing wrong with my truck which is quite a relief. I will buy my wife her next vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal in town.
We visited the KAS to see a VW beetle that KAS has for sale for $3500 on the web. When we dropped by the lot he has a "Sale" tag on the same car for 3995. His sale price is almost $500 more than his listed price on the web. I test drove the car, and I really liked it. I asked about the price, and he said he really can't lower the price from $3995 because they bought it a little too high. The car is still listed on the web for $3500 weeks later. Nice people or not, that to me is very deceptive. Huge waste of my time. The price isn't the issue, the inconsistency and what seems to be deceptive pricing practice is a huge red flag to me.
Today I purchased the car , nice showroom, ali (finance) was really nice , he finance me by credit union directly from office only 3.49%
I'm very happy with my car and super low Payment including warranty

I'm a 3rd time returning customer and I've just purchased my 3rd car from Kareem this weekend! As always they always provide the best deals and gave me a great discount due to me being a returning customer! The salesman that helped me out while purchasing my cars is Sunny Mehmi! I recommend requesting for him if you guys do get a chance to visit Kareem! He always goes above and beyond to provide his customers with the best deals!
