Bought a car from the selection great car great price 2011 BMW. Had a a/c, heater issue but had bought a warranty for it and the selection took care of me no questions asked. Took the car in got it fixed. I'm sure if any other issues come up the selection will have no issues in helping me out. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. The selection really has great quality cars and personal working there from the owner to the mechanic making sure every car is in great condition for the customer.

My Sales Product person was Denis Shadrin, who is the best. I've reached out to Denis on a few times and he is always available. Be it by phone or email he never fails to return any of my messages. However just recently (not fault of Denis) I received a bill from Lexus Financial Services for a fee in the amount of $686.11 for Excessive Wear and Use. Of course I thought this was sent in error given my first lease ever on a 2014 Lexus IS250 with a little 8000 miles/27 months lease. I wasn't aware or informed that I would be subject to incidental fees. I've requested a callback from the Customer Relations/Service/compliant department because this bill was received about a month after I lease my new 2016 IS200t. If this information could have been disclosed to be upfront then I as a consumer would have made the appropriate steps to have incidentals/disposal fees amendments made to my contract. Personally I like the lease process, but now there is a bit of hesitations because now I have a vehicle that I'm afraid to drive because I don't know what constitutes excessive wear and use. If someone could contact me to clear this matter up as I continue to promote Lexus of Pembroke Pines to coworkers, family and friends it will be greatly appreciated.

This car has Wheel hubs and wheel sensors that will leave you with a headache. I bought used and was basically lied to about the problem. If I did my purchase over I'd buy one under 40k miles and not be so in a rush. Do your research and stay away from used dealers with As-Is policy. Do not buy one if any noise is coming from tire (It may be all the wheel hubs!!). Absolutely don't buy if it came from NY or upstate. Snow Salt will eat up any car. In all honesty, before I went to Palm Beach Auto Sales, I thought it was just another corner money grabbing lemon dealership, but to my surprise, on the contrary, it turned out to be a very large & prestigious building that was beautifully decorated with the most luxurious cars, from B.M.W.s, Mercedes, which I had recently purchased with no issues, Porches & Cadillacs, just to name a few. With sales rep like Rich, who was very professional & courteous along with his manager Raphael, these two gentlemen are very straight forward and is gonna let you know exactly where you stand as far as credit issues are concerned & also gonna do their best to get you in a safe reliable viechle, for the simple fact that they're owned by Braman Motors, that sells Rolls Royces, Bentleys & B.M.W.s. So as you can see, they have their reputation to uphold. I remembered just casually walking around to the side of the building & to my surprise they were quite a few Bentleys & Rolls Royces that were being detailed for their parent company Braman. That's when i truly realized that this wasn't just some common corner money grabbing place, but instead, a highly respectable professional environment that you can trust backed by a reputable name like Braman. I must say I'm very satisfied with my navy blue 2011 e350 mercedes, I never thought that particular day, i would have been driving a beautiful car like this, but Rich & Raphael made it very possible. I really enjoy all the great features. The heated seats are great for the winter. I like how the steering wheel lifts up and the driver's seat moves back when I shut the vehicle off and exit the vehicle. That is awesome!! The seats are comfortable. The car drives great. I enjoy the rear view camera. The sound system is the best I ever had. The car drives fantastically.

Sold my MINT S2000 because I was moving to a colder climate area with ice, snow, etc. I wanted an AWD vehicle that was still fun to drive. I was hoping to find a STI with the right features and color I liked but I was on a deadline and time wasn't on my side. Luckily I spotted this G37XS for sale and although it's not a true manual it's still a fun car to drive and for the price I can't complain at all. I purchased it with around 130K miles and it now has 169K and I haven't had to do a thing except routine maintenance. Make sure you look into the vehicles history and if it looks good go for it. I imagine the person complaining unfortunately acquired one that wasn't cared for.

I came in on Cinco de Mayo 2016. I had a 2 door scion TC that I needed to trade in because I am currently expecting a baby. Salesman Craig Sabarese meet me and my husband as soon as we parked our car. He was very friendly and helpful. We gave him the amount that we could pay and he made sure to get me and my husband in a car that was fully loaded, gas efficient, and very safe for the baby!!!!!! I have one less thing to stress about because Craig was so great with helping to guide us to the right car! I've owned 3 different Infiniti G models. This was my third, so I knew I was going to enjoy owning this car. I purchased it used with 30k miles and sold it with just about 70k miles. This car was Highly reliable(never had one issue on any of them other than routine maintenance), incredible performance(0-60 sub 6 seconds), and had great styling. My biggest issue with this car is the multimedia system. I had the same issue with every single G I owned too. I loved the bluetooth connectivity, but it was HIGHLY volatile. It would work some days, go in and out on others, and then just not connect some days without going into my setting on my phone and turning the bluetooth on/off. This was extremely frustrating. When it worked, it worked great, but too often did it suffer from one of these annoying symptoms. All in all, I would recommend this car to a friend because at the end of the day, the car never let me down, always got me from A to B(quickly), and in style.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

This car has lots of features for a 2013. The drive quality is amazing and very responsive. The motor has good power across the rpm range. Visibility is not the best but good for a coupe.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

High performance, a lot of fun, and still maintains a luxury style. Only downside is the poor gas mileage but that's expected for a car with this much power

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!
