Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

This car has Wheel hubs and wheel sensors that will leave you with a headache. I bought used and was basically lied to about the problem. If I did my purchase over I'd buy one under 40k miles and not be so in a rush. Do your research and stay away from used dealers with As-Is policy. Do not buy one if any noise is coming from tire (It may be all the wheel hubs!!). Absolutely don't buy if it came from NY or upstate. Snow Salt will eat up any car. Likes- Engine Horsepower Interior Exterior style Dislikes- Overall reliability, Parts cost, Engine noise , Start up noise , Wheel hub problems ,

I really enjoy all the great features. The heated seats are great for the winter. I like how the steering wheel lifts up and the driver's seat moves back when I shut the vehicle off and exit the vehicle. That is awesome!! The seats are comfortable. The car drives great. I enjoy the rear view camera. The sound system is the best I ever had. The car drives fantastically.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Sold my MINT S2000 because I was moving to a colder climate area with ice, snow, etc. I wanted an AWD vehicle that was still fun to drive. I was hoping to find a STI with the right features and color I liked but I was on a deadline and time wasn't on my side. Luckily I spotted this G37XS for sale and although it's not a true manual it's still a fun car to drive and for the price I can't complain at all. I purchased it with around 130K miles and it now has 169K and I haven't had to do a thing except routine maintenance. Make sure you look into the vehicles history and if it looks good go for it. I imagine the person complaining unfortunately acquired one that wasn't cared for.

Just purchased this car and I love it. I was keen on having a white car but when I had the car infront of me, I fell in love with the color, which is a "shadow grau" It is everything I wanted and more. It handles amazing, its beautiful, drives amazingly.

Just a simple 6,000 mile service visit at 42K miles on my Outback. Best to make an appointment particularly if you plan to wait for the work to be done. Included exterior car wash at no charge. Service Advisor delivered car at front door of dealership/waiting-area in less than an hour and went through results of multi-point check (Customer waiting area is beautiful and spacious with snacks and drinks). This is a 3 story facility with shop and write-up on first floor and Customer waiting area on third floor (street level) so could be a little inconvenient for people unable to climb stairs. The recent remodel included everything except the shop (a little surprising to me). LanceM

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

3 years of ownership and 130k miles. I have the Sport package as well, even being 8 years old people dont believe me. Has been an outstanding car. Love everything about it. Back seat is small but my 6'2 teenager doesn't complain too much.

One of my Favorite Cars

I've owned 3 different Infiniti G models. This was my third, so I knew I was going to enjoy owning this car. I purchased it used with 30k miles and sold it with just about 70k miles. This car was Highly reliable(never had one issue on any of them other than routine maintenance), incredible performance(0-60 sub 6 seconds), and had great styling. My biggest issue with this car is the multimedia system. I had the same issue with every single G I owned too. I loved the bluetooth connectivity, but it was HIGHLY volatile. It would work some days, go in and out on others, and then just not connect some days without going into my setting on my phone and turning the bluetooth on/off. This was extremely frustrating. When it worked, it worked great, but too often did it suffer from one of these annoying symptoms. All in all, I would recommend this car to a friend because at the end of the day, the car never let me down, always got me from A to B(quickly), and in style.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

The acceleration on this vehicle its just crazy!. with 7 speed automatic transmission takes off like an airplane. Never game me any problem in 7 years. I own it since 2012 and never had to do any work besides the regular maintenance..

Around 26 MPG highway for a luxury high performance car is pretty dang good! I get positive comments all the time, like "man that car must be fast", "wow, what a beautiful car", etc. Very solid feel and handles great on the curves. Quiet ride.

One little scare when we arrived, the computer outside in the service area did not have our appointment listed. But they brought us to Christopher's desk and he had it listed. They got us set up with a loaner so we could make our 10:30 appointment. Chris texted us when the car was done and answered a few questions about what was done We also worked with a younger man in parts about some touch up paint and a cargo mat. We saw the Cargo Mat on line for considerably less. He worked with someone and got the price within $20 so we bought it. The touch up paint was an exorbitant amount $40, but my husband didn't want to chance getting the wrong color. I personally would have tried on line. How many whites can there be?? Anyway, overall good experience with everyone.

Bought as my daily driver with 30k miles and 4 years old. I've never been sidelined by any malfunction. Strong, throaty exhaust, nice silhouette. Comfortable for long journeys and short trips. Good visibility. Normal maintenance done and garage kept. It now has 93,000 miles and looks as good as it did when I bought it. I definitely recommend this as a great vehicle.
