Ordinary vs. Extraordinary

I was absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail by everyone whom I encountered at Infiniti of Hanover. From my autotrader search, through test drives, purchasing, and eventual delivery of the car, the overall experience was everything you would hope for walking in as the buyer. My sales specialist Erik(Thompson) was hands down one of best guys I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I really enjoyed how down to earth he was. The guy was just upfront, honest, and relatable . Something inparticular that stood out to me,(unrelated to cars) was that on our test drive I had mentioned I was coming from a sedan to a SUV because my two kids were getting older and had just started hockey and we needed more space. It was passing conversation, on a test drive where we had only met each other for maybe 15 minutes. To make a long story short, we bought the car and came to pick it up a few days later. Erik had gotten us these two little glow in the dark hockey pucks for the kids because he remembered from our FIRST TEST DRIVE I mentioned my kids are starting to play hockey.... I was amazed. I felt like I wanted to buy the guy a beer and see what he was doing for the games on Sunday. Any questions I had or even question I didn't have , Erik was there to make sure I got the information I needed and was 100% when it came to satisfaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend ! We ended up buying a QX60, and when it came to for pricing and numbers, C.J. (White)(Manager*) was honest and transparent through the entire process. Everything was just super smooth from start to finish. He did a really exceptional job of breaking down the price and explaining the benefits of a "certified" vehicle. To be honest, it was partly really easy because the car was priced at such a good deal to start with ! When my wife and I came back for finance later that night, we had our two young boys with us. CJ took the time to come over to the playroom and hang out with us for a bit and introduce himself to the kids. He showed us where we could find the remote (for the tv) and some comfort items. He also introduced us to Joe in service and explained some of the basics on how the service area works. Throughout our walk around everyone we passed said hello and smiled. It was pretty cool, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the building and vibe of the staff. When we met Will (finance) , he came over to us, introduced himself, and escorted us back to the office letting us enter the room first. This guy was VERY Professional, and made choosing the right financing options a breeze. When it came to extended warranties, he didn't just fast talk through it and care less or not if I bought one. He took the time to make sure I understood what it was that was being offered, the cost up front, and the cost broken down into terms. By the time it came time to decide IF I wanted one , I had a great idea on what packages were right for me . We picked up the car the next day in the sun because that night prior was rain. It came out BEAUTIFUL ! Couldn't be happier, my wife was literally in tears she was so happy. Like Im talking White Glove detail job . The car looked amazing inside and out, and I would recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a great deal on a good car. Will be coming here again !
