Greal Deal, Oustanding Service!

I bought a 2012 G37sX from Irwin back in June 2012. The deal I got was awesome. To this day I tell me friends. Of course, after the purchase came the service intervals. This can be the source of much angst as many of us with considerable experieince know all too well. While the deal is the first step, and a critical one, it's pretty much over after the sale. The service intervals however are where the longterm relationship is built. I could tell right away, and continue to see to this day, that this is something Circle Infiniti places great awareness on. Every service interval (67,500 miles now) was top shelf. No BS of any kind. I deal mostly with John, but have also dealt with the rest of the service staff. They all treat you with respect and transparency. I have never left asking myself "what the xxxx just happened?". Every service interval, I go in asking a lot of questions. Being in IT, I think analytically, and I can tell when I'm being xxxxxxxxxxx. That just doesn't happen. All my questions are answered fully. No added nonsense about extra repair work I need (but really don't). I've been driving since 1977, and have accumulated a vast body of experience with having my vehicles worked on by various dealers and mechanics. Circle Infiniti is without question the best thus far. I plan on buying my next car from them (be ready Irwin :) ) and have every confidence that the subsequent service interactions will continue to not only meet, but exceed my expectations.
