Great place to buy a used Car!

We were looking for a car for our teenage daughter. I emailed 1Stop Auto through the carfax.com website. The owner Scott called me and spoke with me. After talking a bit I told him I was also looking at a car in NC which he also looked up and said that's a great deal, even better than mine, you should look at it. I don't know many car dealers, especially owners, that would say that! We decided to go see the one he had on the lot and decided to buy from him and save the 7 hour round trip. Not only was it easy to agree on a price but he also took his time and walked my daughter through the paperwork, explaining it in detail as I signed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Scott!!

Love the look. The way it drives. So sleek. I upgraded from a Nissan to an Infinity. The brakeing system is excellent and the dashboard has a luxury feel and look to it.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Great experience, for the most part.

As a business owner and a salesperson for 30 years, I must say I had a great experience with Brad and and Checkered Flag (for the most part). Brad truly seem to care about his customers and went way above and beyond what I expected. We have bought 3 cars from Checkered Flag over the years and this was certainly the best experience (for the most ) My only complaint is if a company has set one price/ no haggle price on cars, they need to set and stick with that price. Saw this car on Monday on the website for 13k, 3 days later when I'm ready to purchase, the price goes to $13,690. Non Negotiable. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT DECISION..

I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

All about Service

I do not enjoy the car buying process so as a result; I do my research before ever going to a dealership. I narrowed my search down to 3 make/models and visited 3 different dealerships. As a professional coach and someone that has been in the sales industry for 27 years, I will admit that I have high expectations when it comes to service. Paul exceeded my expectations in the service arena and he KNOWS his product which is much more than I can say for the other 2 dealerships I visited. Their focus was on the $, Pauls focus was on the service. If you are in the Hampton Roads area and are interested in purchasing an Infiniti, PAUL IS YOUR GUY!

When looking for a car, I narrowed it down to a Q50 Sport, an IS350 F-Sport, and an Acura TLX A-Spec. None of them were perfect to me, but the Q50 was the closest. Great performance, comfortable, and definitely a luxury car. I would have preferred a Red Sport, but they are rare, and significantly more expensive, with the only difference being in horsepower.

Vroom has a very streamlined process

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. This is the future of car-buying, and the 7-day money back guarantee makes it the perfect way to purchase a used vehicle.

This car has met all my expectations and in one category exceeded, gas mileage. In my case this car is getting 26.7 mpg combination of city and highway driving with the 3.0 T 300 hp engine.
