I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Performance at a Great Price

I have driven this vehicle for 47k miles and the car is still in tip top shape as when I first purchased this vehicle. No major repairs have been done on this vehicle since purchasing it, only regular maintenance (Oil change and tire rotation). From a performance perspective I would recommend switching the Dunlop tires to either Bridgestone or Michelin tires which have additional grip. The car does AMAZING around curves in sport+ mode and is very quick and agile. Strongly recommend this vehicle.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

If you are looking for sexy, fast, comfortable, and technologically advanced, go with the Q50 Red Sport. It is worth the extra money to have all the features of s sports car and luxury of a much more expensive brand. At least go test drive one if you are interested in a Q50 or Q70. You will not regret it.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. This car is great for safety an reliable on the rough roads of Michigan. I have never had any problems with performance. It has an auto shut off mechanism to save gas when I'm sitting still for a certain amount of time.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This was our first luxury vehicle purchase so we had committed hours of discussion and online research before deciding on a 2014 GLK 350 with 11000 miles on it from Jackie Copper Imports. A lot of performance for the money

Have the Red sport model with 3.0 twin turbo. Car is very quick to accelerate with comfortable interior and good climate controls. AWD feels like it is on rails in the corners. Sometimes like to adjust drive condition to Sport + just to hear the raspy exhaust and bounce the revs. The cruise control adjust speed to traffic speed and you control the distance to the car in front of you at which the speed control is activated. First car with this and not sure I would buy another car without it - works great. The low profile 19 inch tires lead to wheel rubbing on curbs if not careful and the suspension is tuned for the track. Hitting potholes can rattle your teeth. The navigation system needs an update as voice recognition is virtually worthless. Overall the has been excellent for reliability, great visual profile, nice electronics package, and it really scoots.

I contacted Ferguson Subaru in regards to a certified 2017 Outback that they had on their lot. I received a return contact the same day and quickly established a great relationship with Michael Altman. We made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday morning and although Michael was sick and couldn't meet us that day he prepared Jeremy Bautista for our visit. Jeremy was equally knowledgeable about the Outback and it quickly became apparent that he was also a diehard Subaru fan. After several hours of test driving four different Outbacks we ended up buying a completely different version than we had planned - but it was the best experience I've had buying vehicles! Throughout the entire purchasing experience Ferguson's staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about the complete Subaru lineup and never employed a high pressure approach. Both Michael and Jeremy have followed up with me since taking delivery of our new Outback and have continued to offer advice and insights when asked. My only "complaint" is that I live 2.5 hours from this dealership! But I see that as on opportunity to just enjoy my 2018 3.6r Outback that much more...!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. After visiting multiple dealers in and around the Bentonville, I was expecting the worst when I went to see this 'small' dealer in the outskirts of Tulsa. I was led here by a nice looking car on cars.com. I confess, the name Bishop's Corner Auto Sales did nothing great for my confidence and it didn't go up as I drove into the lot. But boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise!!! Not only was Elliot really friendly with the sale of the Honda Accord, he made it a breeze with the entire process. I really loved the experience from start to finish. Unlike dealers that are either overpriced or keen on offering financing options and nothing else, he shared all the information he had about this car. He let me take my time in looking around on the car, answered all the questions I had, suggested the streets to drive in (a boon for an out-of-towner) to experience how the car felt in highway and city speeds with a blend of traffic and no-traffic. It was no pressure sales and I have a great product at a friendly price. When I suggested a trade-in, he worked late to try and ensure I did not have to drive back all the way to Tulsa another time. It was definitely worth my while and I am thrilled I still went with my gut to go to this 'small' place 20 miles from Tulsa. He suggested taking the car to an authorized dealer (unlike others that run helter skelter at the mention of dealer). Just like Paul Potts or Susan Boyle on BGT, where a nonchalant, almost nondescript looking someone took people's breath away and left them with a big smile, this little place gave me the best experience and the biggest smile I have had with buying a car. The simplicity, honesty and friendliness with this experience are difficult to do justice to. Thank you Elliot! Keep this going. God Bless!

Just to be frank if you???ve been too or had any dealings with Melton???s let me tell you something, you???ll be hooked after you walk through the door. My wife was looking for a new vehicle to drive back-and-forth to work I swung by Meltons one day at lunch to see what they had on the lot as far as Used vehicle go. I found one I thought my wife would like so I took it home and showed her what I found. It was a slightly used compos although the vehicle is extremely nice it wasn???t what she was looking forPearl So the next day against my better judgment I took her to two different car lots were she had found some used vehicles online she wanted to take a peak at. The first Carlot we went to in order to even test drive a vehicle we have to give him so much Personal information and almost on over our first born just to be able to drive the vehicle off the lot. Then once we test drove the vehicle and upon inspection of it we realize that it Had been in a front end collision and the dealership was asking premium price. When we confronted the dealership about the previous damage to vehicle they denied any knowledge of what happen just the Carfax showed minor front end damage. We had already been informed by a friend of ours that work at this place but they had purchased it at auction racked in that they replaced and repaired all the damaged parts. When confronted about them not being forthcoming about the damage of the vehicle the employee said I know nothing about it and still wanted full price for the poorly repaired vehicle so we left. Then at the second dealership I have a truck that was bought and paid for that I was gonna sell I thought I would see what they would get for it Since the trade-in value of my truck was the same value of the car my wife was shopping for. They came back with a price they would be willing to pay for my vehicle which wires for thousand dollars less than Trade-in value. They then told me if I could prove another dealership would give me more than enough they were offering that would match the other dealerships price. Again we left frustrated and mad we left. Hey soon as we get to the truck to leave the salesman came back to offer us more money when we left I told my wife we need to do go to Melton???s I promised her we would not run into any problems like we had at the other dealerships there. She agreed and when we arrived at Meltons we dealt with Jeff Williams (sales manager) and Robert Melton (family owner) and I have to tell you right off the bat that made my wife feel extremely comfortable and everything was simple and easy we ended up buying are used certified jeep renegade. We were in an out Love the dealership in about an hour and 15 minutes signed sealed and delivered. And their prices being lower then the other dealerships for a national vehicle than the other dealerships was pretty great too. Oh and the truck that I was going to sell Robert Melton bought the truck for me for $4500 more then the other dealership was going to give me one trade, and let me take you home to remove all my personal belongings when it was convenient for me not them. So to sum it all up this is the second vehicle in the past six months that I bought from Meltons and I will not shop anywhere else again. You just cannot beat the customer service in the family van that you get at Miltons. Thanks again Jeff Williams and Robert Melton you made my wife extremely happy. May God bless you and your business

I purchased this 2015 Infiniti q50 Certified used. I traded my 2007 get that I had for 11 years and it served me well. The 2015 q50 rides smoother than my old g35 and the acceleration is smoother also. My '07 get would snap your neck if you pushed the accelerator too hard but not this one. The suspension is firm but not harsh and it steers great. Right now I'm getting 19 mpg with just a little highway driving. The electronics were not hard to master because my 18 year old granddaughter showed me how everything worked as she took her first ride in the car. She blue toothed my cell phone to make and answer calls and the car can read my messages also. I just installed a rear trunk spoiler and it looks great. I think I got a great car with all the goodies I wanted at a great price.
