I have driven this vehicle for 47k miles and the car is still in tip top shape as when I first purchased this vehicle. No major repairs have been done on this vehicle since purchasing it, only regular maintenance (Oil change and tire rotation). From a performance perspective I would recommend switching the Dunlop tires to either Bridgestone or Michelin tires which have additional grip. The car does AMAZING around curves in sport+ mode and is very quick and agile. Strongly recommend this vehicle.

I'll never go to a regular place to get my car serviced again. To start off with, EchoPark gained my trust completely be telling me "your tires are wearing perfectly, I don't think you need to rotate them at this time" Wow, I have never had this happen before!! Usually they want to do anything you request or recommend something whether it needs it or not. I received an oil & filter change and they also changed my air & cabin filters. EchoPark is unbelievably clean, I wish restaurant bathrooms were this clean!!! Very hi-tech and comfortable inside. I love the way you can watch the tech service your car. I will have all my cars serviced here!!!!! AAAAAA++++++++

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

We had been looking for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for a few months and just weren't having any luck at the dealers. They either were priced too high with ridiculously high mileage or the truck was in terrible shape. I found a truck on Vroom and asked if it was still available, when I received my call back I was at work and couldn't answer. My husband and I were on way to the grocery store and decided what the heck, let's call back and see what they say. Bri answered and said the truck we inquired about was sold but she had a different one. She sent photos, CARFAX and all the necessary info. We said LET'S DO IT! and the process was smooth and fast. Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

So after reading the 300 negative reviews, I can honestly say I was VERY nervous about the transaction. Pages and pages of bad reviews, my experience was different and challenging but all in all I am very happy. The primary issue with Vroom is they have all their sales calls going thru a call center where no one knows anything about cars. The call center was Rock Auto disguised as a Vroom. After 3 minutes with these people I knew what the deal was. What I did was run a vin check on the Porsche 911 cabriolet I was interested in to see where the car was located. Once I found out, I called the dealer direct from an old ad on eBay. They put me in touch with a TRUE sales guy and we went over the car in detail. No call center BS. I was approved for the car quickly and the finance team sent the paperwork out timely. To my surprise the car was shipped from Texas to NJ in less than 5 days after all docs were signed. The car was delivered and like other have stated, was not clean and the car did have a damaged rim. I went to my local Porsche dealer and they validated the issue. Here's where the 5 stars comes into play. I called customer service and Christy Leal in the Vroom customer service department approved a new Porsche rim, almost $2000.00 that day to be replaced on the vehicle. They dealt directly with the dealer and simply kept me in the loop. The issue with Vroom is that they are relying on a call center who merely reads from a script. This is not good. If you do a little homework on the car you see listed on their site like I did, you can avoid the call center, Rock Auto. This will alleviate 99% of the stress and you will get a nice car at a great price. I can proudly say I am one of the few happy people that has purchased a car from Vroom. I would definitely buy another car from them. Christy Leal is an excellent employee and she deserves the 5 start I have given.

My husband and I were looking for a white Lexus RX350. We spotted one we loved but decided too late and it was gone. So the next time we spotted one we were quick to hold it. (we had also submitted a search for a white Lexus) My husband, my adult daughter, and I all looked at the ad and it said "White". Purchase was finalized on 12/162015 (we paid cash) The car was not delivered until 1/5/2016, due to the holidays and bad weather, and when it arrived it was SILVER not white. We are embarrassed to say that looking back on our paperwork it does mention silver on two pages. Our mistake. I drove it around town the day it was delivered, but the next day I decided I really wanted white. I had not driven 250 miles around town, but it was already 5 miles over the allowed mileage to return it within the 7 days. (should have checked odometer reading when it was delivered). I thought we were stuck with the silver, but Vroom is honoring the 7 day return policy and it will be a happy new year after all.

Extremely smooth purchase and fast delivery. Only regret is they longer have free shipping. Receiving the title takes the longest process and needed to follow up. This was our second purchase in the last year and both went well. Pricing is just under dealer costs for both cars that we had purchased. Thought this one would be better priced in that they now charge shipping. Would I purchase from them again. By all means, easy to work with staff and very professional. Great way to purchase a car/truck/suv when you live in a rural area without a lot of specialty dealerships within a 100 miles. Purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne with all the bells and whistles last October and a 2015 Lexus IS250C hardtop convertible this past month (April). The Lexus Dealer down the mountain from us, told us we got a highly desired - great car for a good price.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Awesome power, handling , interior, looks and feel. The technology is amazing on the car, but can be overwhelming at times. I prefer to drive the car as opposed to the car constantly telling me to get back into the lane or brake. Fourth Infiniti I have owned and they are incredibly reliable, just pump gas and drive!

I got an email from Stevinson Hyundai (I had been taking my previous two Santa Fe SUVs [a 2003, and 2013] there for service since 2007) with several new Santa Fe options. I hadn't been thinking about getting a new Santa Fe just yet, but decided to just stop by and check out the offerings. Jim Rosa (the Internet Sales Manager) and I exchanged emails and he invited me to stop by. Jim met me at the door and we chatted for a few minutes and Jim was very polite, responsive and listened well to my concerns and questions, answering them al knowledgeably and completely. When we got to one of the Santa Fe options that was in the email I had received from Stevinson, Jim checked and found that it was not on their lot, having been traded to another dealer. Jim offered me a test drive of an identically-equipped Santa Fe, but not of the color I preferred. The test drive satisfied my concerns about getting a 2.4 L engine, as my 2013 Santa Fe was a 2.0 T turbo equipped one, which I loved. After seeing that the performance of the non-turbocharged engine was acceptable to me, Jim asked if I would be willing to get the one I just test drove, or whether I really would prefer the white one I was interested in. When I said that I really wanted the white one from the email solicitation, Jim worked with the Stevinson Sales Manager to effect another trade to get that Santa Fe back for me. By the time we went through the paper work to get the purchase documented and the trade-in value of my 2013 Santa Fe established, the Santa Fe was already on its way back to Stevinson. By the time I finished with the finance people, (ordering two extras Final Touch exterior and interior finish protection and Clear Mask plastic ding protection), the Santa Fe was back, cleaned up, gassed, and ready for me to drive away. The whole procedure took barely 3 hours (including the test drive). Amazing!! I couldn't be happier about the purchasing process, in terms of the friendly and professional manner that I experienced, the pricing of the net transaction (actually, a bit better than what I had expected from my research on both Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book web sites), and the timeliness in which everything occurred.

My First Infiniti

I am overjoyed with my new car purchase. This car is everything I hoped it would be. I did research prior to my purchase so I knew what features to expect. But I am wowed daily. The color is Obsidian black, which to my delight it has a purple hue in the sunlight! The leather seats are unique and does not show imprints like most leather seats. The Bose sound system blows me away! I've finally mastered leaving my keys in my purse because there's never a needto expose them. The automated entry and keyless push button start is awesome. I appreciate Infiniti affording the option of 4 cyclinder vs 6 cyclinder on the Q50. The speed, power, performance and torque are definitely not compromised. I'm given the performance that I demand without hesitation. This car drives like a V6. The backseat however, is not as spacious as I'd like. Also, be prepared to use only 93 octane. My 1st salesman told me I could use 89, however the manual and others said not too. Hands down the smoothest ride I've ever had.

June 29, 2017: I don???t believe I???ve ever hugged a car salesman before, no, not ever???until today. That???s when I went to Peak Kia Littleton in Colorado and was persuaded to consider leasing a new 2017 Kia Forte instead of settling for buying a new-used car somewhere else. Mike Topolosky patiently and enthusiastically went over all the details of the various options, buying vs leasing, rebates, incentives, explaining how a lease works, which was most helpful, since I???d never leased before; and shared Peak Kia???s generous support, in the form of offering me 0 down payment on a 48-month lease, for which they would made the first payment as well as covered the tax on the $3,000 incentive! Then, while the paperwork was being completed, he had the service department fill the gas tank, applied a license plate, and gave me the keys to my new lease. So I left the dealership in a brand new car, having done nothing but sign papers! Sure, I have payments, but that was going to happen anyway. When Mike he finished explaining the car???s gadgets and features, we shook hands, but that just wasn???t good enough to express how I felt following this car buying/leasing experience, so I told him I wanted to give him a hug, and then we hugged.

If you are looking for sexy, fast, comfortable, and technologically advanced, go with the Q50 Red Sport. It is worth the extra money to have all the features of s sports car and luxury of a much more expensive brand. At least go test drive one if you are interested in a Q50 or Q70. You will not regret it.

I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done??? I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come. On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car! I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

A lot of performance for the money

Have the Red sport model with 3.0 twin turbo. Car is very quick to accelerate with comfortable interior and good climate controls. AWD feels like it is on rails in the corners. Sometimes like to adjust drive condition to Sport + just to hear the raspy exhaust and bounce the revs. The cruise control adjust speed to traffic speed and you control the distance to the car in front of you at which the speed control is activated. First car with this and not sure I would buy another car without it - works great. The low profile 19 inch tires lead to wheel rubbing on curbs if not careful and the suspension is tuned for the track. Hitting potholes can rattle your teeth. The navigation system needs an update as voice recognition is virtually worthless. Overall the has been excellent for reliability, great visual profile, nice electronics package, and it really scoots.
