I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

When looking for a car, I narrowed it down to a Q50 Sport, an IS350 F-Sport, and an Acura TLX A-Spec. None of them were perfect to me, but the Q50 was the closest. Great performance, comfortable, and definitely a luxury car. I would have preferred a Red Sport, but they are rare, and significantly more expensive, with the only difference being in horsepower.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Outstanding service. I was scheduled for a sound system upgrade. The job began on time. However, it was a bigger wiring job than anticipated. My service writer was outstanding. He provided me with a loaner car at no cost to me. The job was completed by late afternoon. I was very pleased with the installation. It all worked perfectly. I will definitely be back when it's time for a new Jeep. Probably in 2020.

The vehicle is well designed. Interior cockpit is excellent. Since I purchased the vehicle in Oct. 2018-it's too early to determine realability. Did have an alignment issue after purchase which dealer corrected. Unfortunately even though I had an extended warranty, they charged me for the realignment.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

The 3.0 Q50 premium has all the sport/luxury features that I value. Compared to my outgoing 2015 428i, it has more power, more comfortable seats, more safety features and a much better audit system. Once I got accustom to the DAS system and got it adjusted to my liking, I think it is great for normal driving. Interior quality is just as good as my outgoing 428I, the leather seats actually seem better. This car will move, stays flat in the corners and looks great going down the road. Run flats are a bit stiff, but almost all cars in this class come with run flats.

I'll never go to a regular place to get my car serviced again. To start off with, EchoPark gained my trust completely be telling me "your tires are wearing perfectly, I don't think you need to rotate them at this time" Wow, I have never had this happen before!! Usually they want to do anything you request or recommend something whether it needs it or not. I received an oil & filter change and they also changed my air & cabin filters. EchoPark is unbelievably clean, I wish restaurant bathrooms were this clean!!! Very hi-tech and comfortable inside. I love the way you can watch the tech service your car. I went only for an oil change and was informed of a recall on the DEF system. I was informed that the truck could go into limp mode and I had 200 miles to get it to a service center. Since I live 150 miles from the dealership Danny worked extra hard to squeeze me in and get it done at the same time as the oil change saving me an extra trip.

I called from Colorado Springs at 4:30 pm on the 29th of July (Friday) and spoke with Savannah. She quickly looked up the vehicle I was interested in to confirm that it was still on their lot. I explained that my husband and I was still working and that we probably wouldn't get there until sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 (they close at 9:00). She said, "No problem." Then asked, "Please text when on the way so I can hold the vehicle for you". She further explained that she would have the vehicle up front for us as we pull into their lot. When we got there at 8:15, she was still with another customer but had planned in advance to have another sales rep/manager (Warren) to assist us while she was detained. It didn't take long for her to finish with the other customer when she took us out on a test drive. To shorten the story, we love the vehicle. Savannah and the finance department (thank you Jon) filled out all the necessary paperwork and had us out of there shortly after 10:00. During our wait, she treated us to complimentary snacks & drinks and showed us the massage chair. We got a GREAT deal with AMAZING service in an absolutely beautiful showroom. I am so sorry that we kept them open way later than their closing time. Again, THANK YOU to Savannah, Warren, Jon and all the other employees that made our buying experience pleasant.

Car is beautiful. Drives amazing. Only issue I have is with the infotainment system. The interface is dated and pretty much useless. I never use the NAV or any of the apps. Also the lack of Apple car play is a negative. I also have had a recurring issue of the whole system just freezing up on me and restarting. Other than that amazing car. Out of all the times that I've purchased a car from a dealership, this was by far the best experience. I started the process on a Monday by completing the online application. I received the phone call from Antonio Aguilar who needed only a few minutes to gather some extra data and what kind of car I was looking for. The following day, Antonio called me back and let me know that I was approved and all I would need to do is come in to test drive the car, fill out a little paperwork, and then talk to the finance person. My appointment was made for Friday of the same week for 4pm. I arrived at the dealership about 10 - 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was met by Antonio just a couple minutes past 4pm. He grabbed the keys so I could test drive the car. We arrived back at the dealership about 15 minutes later and sat in an office and reviewed my loan application. He then printed off a couple pieces of paper (insurance verification and CarFax) and had me sign them. He then sent everything over to the finance department. Antonio then brought back the paperwork that had shown the services that had been done on the car. Antonio went to take the car into the service center to have it detailed with some light preventative maintenance and I was then met by the finance person, Josh Eells, who said that he would take me back to his office in about 10 - 15 minutes. At about 5:30pm, Josh came and got me from the office I was sitting in and took me to his office. We talked about the financing and payment terms and then offered me some other options regarding the extended warranty and certified pre-owned options. After making my decisions, he finalized the paperwork and then had me sign. During the time I was with Josh, the car was done being serviced and at about 6pm, I was greeted again by Antonio and taken to my new car. He showed me a couple things regarding the features and even set up my phone for bluetooth. I left the dealership at 6:05pm. All in all, the amount of time that I spent at the dealership (approximately two hours) was a lot less than I expected. I was greeted by nothing but friendly, helpful people who all take pride in their professionalism. Major kudos to Antonio Aguilar and Josh Eells.

I purchased a hard-to-find BMW 540i 6-Speed from Chad McCaffrey at Mike Ward Infiniti on 1/16/16. I worked with Chad for about a week and a half to coordinate a cross country purchase and return drive. I must say that Chad and the rest of the management staff at Mike Ward went way above my expectations to make sure I had a good purchasing experience. As they were not 100% familiar with this make, they actually worked with a BMW specialist to make sure the car was in appropriate shape to make a cross country drive (keep in mind that the car only existed to me on the Internet at this point). Chad cared enough to bring the car to the specialist himself. By the time I flew into Denver, all I had to do was write a check, sign some papers, and drive away in my pristine example of a beautifully clean and mechanically sound car. I spent years searching for a car with these features, in this condition, and Chad and team made it a wonderful buying experience. I am happy to say that I made a drama free return trip home with complete confidence in a 14-year-old BMW (now THAT is rare). I highly recommend working with Chad at Mike Ward on your next Infiniti and/or used car purchase!

My 2016 leased Impreza (Shortline) developed some electrical problems that promised to take a week or two to find & fix, so Greg was able to put me into a new 2018 Forester instead for just a few more dollars per month than I was paying on my Impreza. I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done??? I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come. On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car! I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

I'll never go to a regular place to get my car serviced again. To start off with, EchoPark gained my trust completely be telling me "your tires are wearing perfectly, I don't think you need to rotate them at this time" Wow, I have never had this happen before!! Usually they want to do anything you request or recommend something whether it needs it or not. I received an oil & filter change and they also changed my air & cabin filters. EchoPark is unbelievably clean, I wish restaurant bathrooms were this clean!!! Very hi-tech and comfortable inside. I love the way you can watch the tech service your car.
