Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Ron if you are in the market for an Infiniti.
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.

I didn't expect to love this car when I drove it... BUT I DID! It is extremely fast, comfortable, well designed (mostly) and a great safety Collision System. Flad I decided to give it a try.

The 3.0 Q50 premium has all the sport/luxury features that I value. Compared to my outgoing 2015 428i, it has more power, more comfortable seats, more safety features and a much better audit system. Once I got accustom to the DAS system and got it adjusted to my liking, I think it is great for normal driving. Interior quality is just as good as my outgoing 428I, the leather seats actually seem better. This car will move, stays flat in the corners and looks great going down the road. Run flats are a bit stiff, but almost all cars in this class come with run flats.
My car leasing experience was excellent. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I have already recommended a few customers and more coming in the future.

The vehicle is well designed. Interior cockpit is excellent. Since I purchased the vehicle in Oct. 2018-it's too early to determine realability.
Did have an alignment issue after purchase which dealer corrected. Unfortunately even though I had an extended warranty, they charged me for the realignment.
So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!
Executive customer service was prevaded Steven Chan . He was very courteous and knowledgeable in to recommendations to the car service. Overall the dealership thriving to path of excellent customer service. Thank you Stive for amazing customer service. This dealership will be always #1 choise for us now and in future.

I am a big fan of Nissan and the VQ series motors. I have owned several 3.5l powered cars. The new VR TT is less than impressive in the Q. It has no more get up and go than my Altima, actually Slower. The Red 400 I would hope is much better, but way out range of what I would pay. Cabin is cramped and trunk is very small. I am not a big guy, and the drivers seat was tight. The biggest disappointment was that unless you get the Sport, you get plastic seats. So you buy a 45,000. car and you get to sit on Vinyl. This is not 1975. Come on Infiniti...really? Shame on you. Not only are they plastic, they look and feel plastic. Now, the transmission was nice...much better than any CVT, which I can not stand. I wanted this car until I drove it and was underwhelmed. Also, I have to drive at least an hour in any direction to find a dealer, and that's any hour Highway miles...
As soon as I pulled up at the service building Zachary quickly came up to me greeted me and helped me with servicing of my vehicle, great customer service.

This car meets all my expectations previously I had mustang so in terms of pickup it surely doesn't match but it is not bad. The interior, seating comfort and steering feel are awesome I really loved it
I just purchased my new Q40 from Andy. This is the second time purchasing an Infiniti of Van Nuys. Andy made it very easy for me to get my car. He was very knowledgeable and didn't waste my time going back and forth. I also want to Thank Will in finance who gave me what I needed on my BMW to make this deal happen. They not only saved me time but saved me money as well. Thanks to Andy and Will I now own a comfortable car that I enjoy driving. Since I bought my first Infiniti at what was Miller Infiniti in 2012 I have used the service department almost eversince. I have always relied upon Rick Robinson as my service writer and sorely missed him when he took a hiatus from the dealership. So I was very pleased when I discovered him back at his job right after I bought my M 37. I have pretty much known all of the service writers who worked at the dealership over the years and I have found that except for one individual, all have been very attentive to my needs. Rick is my go to guy and he has never steered me wrong.
