On April 30th I went to Ferman Chrysler Jeep of NPR. I was attempting to get out of a 2010 Town and Country Touring Sedan I had purchased from them 2 years ago. I have an automobile experience behind me, from selling New Oldsmobile's to selling New Cadillac's, 2 years at each dealership, prior to one year as a New Car Sales Manager at Dimmitt Jeep/Eagle in Tarpon Springs in 1989. Ferman had laid me away on a 2010 used vehicle at 24% interest rate with Chrysler. My payments were $308.00 a month, automatically paid through my account for two years. I went to purchase a Jeep Cherokee that had a $5,500 rebate, to overcome my upside down trade. They told me I would need to go with a Dodge, I said okay, and drove the car! I had told them $500 down! They told me, if I would give them another $2,500 down, Chrysler would welcome my business at only 16.5% interest! I stood up, and said you are out of your mind, see ya, I am going across the street to Nissan. in walking out my sales person said will you tell me if you buy a vehicle, and I said in a heart beat! I went across the street to Maus Nissan! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice man Sabas Fiqveroa. I explained to him I am here to do business different than the way he has been trained! I told him I needed to start with the new car Sales Manager. He brought me in, and introduced me to an awesome sales manager by the name of Troy. We conversed, seams we both came from Michigan. I told him of my Automobile back ground, and what I had just been through across the street, and what I was attempting to accomplish. We got along very well! He explained that Sabas was new, and he was going to have Alain Garcia help Sabas show me a SUV that was what I was looking for. Needless to this point all three employees were beyond belief in knowledge, as well as courtesy! I must say when I was explained the numerous features of the Rogue, not to mention the pleasure of the drive, as well as the power of a 4 cylinder with awesome fuel economy, I was sold! We went inside to see what we could do. We had some negotiation, but in all I was happy with the $500 down, $618.00 per month, for 72 months. When I met with the F & I guy, he would not be sure of interest until the next day, but he was looking at 9.5% interest. I said that would be fine. He then told me to open a savings and loan account, and in 6 to 8 months, I could probably get a much lower interest rate. In parting, he said he would let me know how it comes down with Nissan. The next day I got a call from Alain, asking if I could stop by and sign a paper with F& I, and I said yes, the next day I would be there about 11:00AM, and he said wonderful. The next day on my there I was anticipating the worst, but instead I was blown away with awe! I met with a lady, and she told me she had good news! I said wow! She went on to tell me the vehicle was reduced an additional $2,000, and Nissan was giving me the 2.9% interest rate, so I said what is my payment now? She said, it stays at $618.00, but in lieu of 72 months, that will be for 60 months! Wow, I have never seen anything like this happen in my 5 years in the industry. I felt that the New Car Sales Manager Troy had something to do with the transaction! Regardless, I am so impressed with Maus! I had had a Nissan Xtera that I dearly loved, and I had to part it with it when I was leaving a few years prior. I brought it to Maus, and it had 110 thousand miles on it, and they gave me the balance owed on the SUV, that blew me away! I never forgot that! I was just a fool for not buying from Nissan two years ago! Thank you so very much! By the way my Rogue really put the Dodge I drove to shame. In closing I might mention to future buyers, the Finance Lady told me in the future, no matter how bad my credit is, as long as I make my Nissan payments on time every month, Nissan would never increase my interest rate1

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.

I finally picked the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. I was searching for a car from August until October. Test drove 6 different cars. It came down to this and 1 other. Only difference was this was cheaper in the long run. I LOVE driving this car. It is fast. Looks great. I have the Electric Blue with the White interior. I can't wait until the weather gets better and open her up on the road. Only con I have with this car, I wish it was easier to get in and out, I am a big guy. Go for a test drive, you won't be disappointed.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I HAD BEEN HAVING 1 "SMALL" ISSUE WITH MY 2011 NISSAN SENTRA I CALLED IT (SILVER FOX) EVER SINCE I BROUGHT THE CAR A YEAR AGO FROM ONE OF THOSE GOD FORSAKEN BUY HERE PAY HERE LOTS. I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. EVERY TIME I WOULD START MY CAR IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO CRANK OR CATCH, RIGHT?! NO BIGGIE AS IT ALWAYS TURNED ON AND RODE FINE. THAT IS UNTIL THE PROBLEM STARTED WEARING ON MY BATTERY AND I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND THEN IT DRAINED THAT BATTERY SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE. LAST SATURDAY I PAID FOR $300 IN REPAIRS AND THIS PAST SATURDAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR $300 MORE IN REPAIRS, BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO MEINEKE TO GET IT FIXED LET ME TAKE IT TO NISSAN AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. I MEAN THEY WOULD KNOW THE CAR BETTER THEN ANYONE. HERE IS WHERE YOU INSERT TERRY PHILLIPS THE MAN TO GO TO IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME OR 5TH TIME. WHILE WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR I TALKED WITH TERRY. TERRY MUST'VE SEEN THE WORRY AND STRESS ETCHED ON MY FACE. HE CALMLY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. HE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP MY SITUATION. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAR THAT WAS READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. MIND YOU IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DETAILED AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE DEAL HE WAS WORKING OUT FOR A WOMAN HAD FALLEN THROUGH. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING IF YOU JUST CONTINUE TO BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH IN HIM. TAKE NOTHING TO MAN AND EVERYTHING TO HIM. TERRY PHILLIPS YOU ARE THE IT FACTOR THERE! This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I went to Fuccillo shortly after 7:00 PM this past week and was sold a new Kicks SR that arrived on the lot that day???i had been waiting for this vehicle to arrive for some time. I was assisted primarily by Bryson, Adam, and Gordon. I also negotiated somewhat and was helped by the sales manager, but I sadly cannot remember his name. I was glad Bryson was able to make the sale and earn a little bit of money. I had a young group of people with me, and we had fun joking around during and after the test drive with Bryson who was more or less our age. Fuccillo gives young people an opportunity in the car business, and as a young person myself, this was nice to see. I recommend giving Bryson his own business cards. He was kind enough to provide us his own personal cell phone number regardless. Adam made sure we received his personal contact information, remained with us throughout our visit, and also acted in a supervisory role somewhat over Bryson, giving him tips and things, and I enjoyed the apparent mentoring, Needless to say, the individuals who helped me stayed throughout the entirety of the transaction, allowing me to drive home after 11:00 PM in the new vehicle despite the dealership closing at 9:00 PM. They did not have to do this, especially for the sale of a $23,500 car. I really enjoyed chatting with Gordon, talking about his life and mine, his family and my law school career, while he gathered and had me sign all requisite documents at such a late hour. He is a good man and fostered no sense of urgency. At one point he said ???a customer knows when they are being rushed.??? He never gave this impression. The car itself is beautiful and quite the upgrade from a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon. The only gripe I have is with the ???addendum??? window sticker, which increases the price of a vehicle with an MSRP of about $23,705 to $25,700 (for paint protection and wheel locks mostly) that is affixed to an adjacent window next to the standard window sticker people are familiar with. I anticipated negotiating the price of the vehicle from its MSRP, not from the wheel locks and paint protection clandestine price that increases the price of the vehicle to beyond what you can even build the car for online with all options selected. Going online shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I realized that I had the ability to ???Lock In??? the new vehicle I had just purchased for about $22,500 by clicking a link (site was not yet updated to reflect my new purchase due to the late hour), so the dealer???s website itself does not include the addendum in its advertised online vehicle prices. This is the only thing that needs to change. Since I was negotiating for a $23,705 vehicle from a $25,700 price, I only got it for $200 off of MSRP???not exactly what I was expecting but still slightly below MSRP fortunately. This is $1,000 more than the ???lock-in??? online price. Overall, the experience was great, especially for a first-time new car buyer, and I look forward to purchasing my next Nissan when the dealership movies to its new location currently being built across the street! I thank everyone sincerely for their service and will be in soon to order some accessories!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.
