Svce agent Bobby Gould treated me like family A+++

It's amazing to find a dealership where it always seems to work out that the service is better and quicker, and the price is the same or even cheaper than if I took my Infiniti to my "local guy" (and I really like and trust my local guy!)
Bobby Gould is a great service consultant to talk to, but I haven’t found anyone there who isn't great to work with. Whenever I come in with either my QX60 or my Q70L, I'm treated like royalty - and I never feel like I'm having to pay a king's ransom for the service that I get.
Competition Infiniti is in a brand new facility (that they really needed). When they first moved into this new building, they really didn't have their act together. They couldn't locate their own staff, they didn’t sufficiently staff the service bays, etc. But after just a couple of months, they've got it down to a science, running their service side as smoothly as the luxury vehicles that they sell.
So now, in addition to the great coffee, fresh milk and fresh fruit and granola bars that are always on hand in their immaculate and well-appointed waiting area, all that's still missing are the bagels and fresh pastries that are so common in other top-notch facilities. I'll give them a little more time.
