I was referred to Ron Carter Hyundai by a lead gen site and in a matter of minutes I talked to two people from the dealership. Paul, became my main contact and from the first moment we talked he was super friendly and helpful, quickly answering all my questions. At this point I was 90% sure of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, but hadn't made a decision as to where. During my research I visited a few Hyundai dealerships and all treated me just Ok but really sale-sy and that just ruined the experience for me. Paul quickly understood what I was looking for and the reasons why, and made me feel comfortable about my choice while expertly guiding me through the best choice for me. I started with a used 2016 Hyundai Tucson in mind, headed over to the dealership thinking I would see a New 2016 Hyundai Tucson and ended up purchasing a New 2017 Hyundai Tucson. A natural decision after careful thought and help from Paul. I basically interacted with 3 people at the dealership, Paul (Internet Sales), his Manager (don't know his name) and Roddger (Finance Manager)... all three where great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding of my needs and wants. In the next few months my boyfriend will be looking to buy a car, and we know we will first ask Paul for help! :)
In my 34 years of existence, Infiniti of Montclair is the only hassle free dealership Ive been to and not once I felt pressured! They were courteous, helpful, informative, honest and sincere! Also, special mention to Ms. Jodie who was very cool and very enteratining and informative! I got the 2019 QX50 and the trim I got has a lot of features (Essential) and it seemed complicated at first but Jodie explained everything in details to me. I would reccommend them to all my family and friends!

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. Bought a used ford f 150 from this dealership. Couldn't be happier. Awni my sales guy was very up front and responsive. I told him I needed the buying process to go quick cause I had to drive home to Las Vegas that night. When I got to the dealership he had everything ready to go and I was out of there in about an hour. The truck was at a great price point. I was very happy with the transaction.

This is a good overall car. Power is great. Features are a little difficult to navigate. Style is great. It is a very pretty car.
Service department and Nissan really came through for us! Our 2014 Nissan Versa was having serious transmission issues. We have kept up on recommended services (replaced transmission fluid at 30000 miles) Took it into Tim Dahle Southtown in March at 68000 miles (out of warranty). They did not charge me a diagnostic fee. The service depeartment was phenomenal, calling every day to give me an update on the progress. They were able to get Nissan to cover the transmission because I performed regular service on it. They had the transmission in stock and it only took a couple days to replace. This dealership is a well oiled machine and I would probably trust them with my life! :)

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Very quick, efficient and great cars! The car I purchased was a year old, very few miles (14,000 +/-), extremely great condition. I highly recommend Kentson.

Q50 Sport. Sophisticated..Sleek.. sexy.. stylish.. Inside is absolute sleekest design I’ve ever seen or driven. Bose Premier Audio speakers are top notch. Feels like you are at an arena.
I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX-350 that I could use mostly as a "snow vehicle." I was satisfied with the selling price of $10,400, but they caught me off guard while signing the documents, and they added a $300 charge for a theft recovery system (basically frame etching). I usually don't purchase dealer add-ons but they slipped this one by me. I was also informed that the vehicle had a Mark Levinson package on it (which when purchased new is $900). It's too bad that such a high-end dealership tries to nickle and dime you to death!

I have owned 5 Infiniti's and this one is by far my favorite. The styling is gorgeous...I often get complimented on its good looks! The drive, especially in sport mode, is amazing. Lots of pick up and fun to maneuver.
Kentson Car Company has completely upended the entire car purchase business model for the better, and I could not be happier... Tanner made the very short and quick process completely painless and actually enjoyable! NONE of the usual "let me run this by my sales manager" or " what's it going to take to get you into this car TODAY" type of crap at all... I last set foot in a car dealership in 1982 and the experience was so very horrible that for all these years I have studiously avoided having any dealings whatsoever with "those people".... The environment at Kentson is so radically different and pleasant that I wouldn't mind just hanging out there with a cup of coffee, visiting with Tanner and the guys.... Whatever has been your prior experience in purchasing a car, you need to kick it into a cocked hat and hightail yourself over to Kentson.... the price I paid was entirely fair and the transaction went very smoothly for us... Kentson has my vote for dealer of the year and I believe that every car dealership would do well to copy the Kentson model of selling cars.... I will absolutely be purchasing my next and all future cars from Kentson as I believe that such excellence should be rewarded, encouraged and patronized. They really should look into getting some "Kentson Car Co. - Bountiful, Utah" license plate frames. I have made it a point, on every car I have ever owned to make removing any/all dealership identification off of the back of the car, as I refuse to advertise for or promote shady/underhanded dealerships who treat people horribly.... conversely, I would gladly and proudly display a Kentson plate frame, to tell the world that I'm driving a Kentson car.... that's how good the experience was for me! ...seriously looking forward to doing business with Tanner Giles and Kentson Car Co. in the future. Great car, but could be a little larger maybe the size of a Maxima. This car meets most all of my expectations except for the size.
I finally picked the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. I was searching for a car from August until October. Test drove 6 different cars. It came down to this and 1 other. Only difference was this was cheaper in the long run. I LOVE driving this car. It is fast. Looks great. I have the Electric Blue with the White interior. I can't wait until the weather gets better and open her up on the road. Only con I have with this car, I wish it was easier to get in and out, I am a big guy. Go for a test drive, you won't be disappointed.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly! This was my first time buying a vehicle, and they answered all of my questions and really helped me. Hertz also found a bank that gave me a better deal for a loan! Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my experience, and they made everything really easy. It's also a good area to go get some food while you're waiting! I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Hertz if you're buying a new/used vehicle.

Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.
Buying your first car is not just a purchase but a special experience. I am so glad we met with Jim who was very welcoming and responded to all our questions. We were looking for a used car and Jim found us a perfect Subaru Forester that goes with Utah's snowy winters. We had an excellent test drive and it was in such fantastic condition. Jim further explained in great details how it has gone through a thorough inspection and is the best deal for the price. I couldn't agree more, it's been three months since I have been driving the Forester and it made through the winter like breeze! It's smooth and very functional. Jim also got us a $25 gift card to buy accessories for the car and told us that we have unlimited car washes free! We had originally planned to shop around a few dealerships before deciding which car to buy but Tim Dahle's way of handling their cars, Subaru's excellent condition and Jim's guidance was good enough to convince us to buy my first car from them. Sure enough, I have been enjoying driving it on the roads as well as in the canyons. Thank you so much!

It’s like driving a 60k bmw but only paid 40k, best value car I have ever had. The aggressive looking is awesome, plus the seat is very comfortable. The only down side is gas mileage of the car is always around 20mgh, not 23 as they stated.
I can't say enough good things about the truck buying experience we had. It started off when Carly Colson called me less than 30 seconds after I expressed interest in a truck on their website. She didn't try to pressure me at all and was very accommodating with setting me up to come see the truck. When I arrived Carly was just as awesome in person. During the process, which took a lot less time than I thought it was going to, we also got the chance to work with Natalie. Between Carly and Natalie I don't know if it's possible to have a better experience at a car dealership. Debbie closed out the financing portion and between the three of them I was driving away in under 2 hours. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Thank you so much. Great dealership made even better by the great people working there!

I was driving across country and blew a gasket 50 miles outside of SLC at 2:30 in the morning. The very next day I began my quest on Cars.com to find my next vehicle.
