This review focuses on the Q50 AWD vs. the BMW 328ix. I was surprised about the driving performance and interior functions. The Q50 comes with more interior stuff, including a better experience with the control screens. In short, it has more tech on the inside. The Q50 has great acceleration and handling-faster the the 328. The BMW 328 still has superior handling and design-it's just got more swag. For the money, however, there's more confidence in driving the Q50 after the warranty runs out. Having just driven the Q50 in six inches of snow...it does very well, even on un-plowed side streets. In summary: The BMW 328 is cooler, and handles slightly better. The Q50 has better tech, is more comfortable, and still fun to drive.
Jesse Bieksza and Farhan (Fred) are the best!! They were very awesome in helping me select my new car. They made the car buying process convenient and pleasant.

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!

Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.

The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and the inventory is great
I can honestly say I may never buy a car from anywhere else again

Since 2009 I was in love with the Genesis coupe but couldn’t afford it and been wanting it up to 2015, then I moved toward the Genesis 5.0 sedan or the Infiniti Q60 to look more my age. when I decided on strictly sedans I started looking at the Lexus GS 350 and the Infiniti Q50S. I test drive both and fell in love with the Q50S. Good speed, good power, smooth ride, a lot of features (depending on the trim you get -mine is just about fully loaded-), fun to drive, pretty good on gas even though it’s a V6, tons of safety features, looks mean but sleek at the same time. Awesome car and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun car to drive as well as safety oriented!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

This car was an awesome fit for me. A good size sedan. The exterior looks awesome love the body style with a sporty look. Luxury interior and the technology these cars have are insane. So pleased with my purchase.
The staff were all attentive and professional and helpful. They made the requested repairs promptly. They made the purchase process as easy as possible for me.
2017 Q50 AWD

The vehicle is well designed. Interior cockpit is excellent. Since I purchased the vehicle in Oct. 2018-it's too early to determine realability.
Did have an alignment issue after purchase which dealer corrected. Unfortunately even though I had an extended warranty, they charged me for the realignment.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Just purchased this beautiful car! Over all it’s a 5 star vehicle across all lines. My only small complaints are why why would you put the center console storage so far back that you car barely access it (and it’s rather small) and the glove box is also a bit tight.
Other than that feel confident to purchase this vehicle. You will not be disappointed!
