Quick and Friendly Experience

I was in an accident that totaled my old Kia back in August of 2015. I had purchased my vehicle from Kia of Lansing before and it was a great experience. Since I was on the market for a new car after the accident, I went right back to Kia of Lansing. I worked with a salesman named Ryan Swenson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. I was looking for a specific color (like my old Kia Optima) but there was not anything available used. Ryan looked around but there wasn't anything similar at any of the other local dealerships. He finally found a very nice 2013 Optima SXL which I liked a lot once I saw it and test drove it. A couple of weeks later I realized that I never got a spare key. Before I could call Ryan, he called me and said that he had one for me. I got really busy and forgot about it for over a year. Then I went in for a faulty sensor on my transmission (which was covered under the fantastic 10 year 100,000 mile warranty) and it hit me. I never picked the key up! I went to the sales floor and caught Ryan at his desk. I figured he wouldn't remember me but he immediately remembered that he sold me the SXL and joked that I never came to pick up the key. All in all I have had nothing but good things to say about Kia of Lansing and Ryan.
