This dealership is serious about getting customers in a new car that meets the customers' expectations at a reasonable price. The entire process from pricing to purchasing to delivery was efficient and the personnel at Hudiburg Subaru didn't keep us waiting needlessly. The sales representative was great and very knowledgeable about the different Subaru models. He was able to easily answer our questions about the car we purchased and took the time necessary to train us in the use of the electronics in our car. The sales manager was equally impressive in facilitating the sale of the vehicle we purchased. Both of these gentlemen represented Hudiburg Subaru impressively and were competent, friendly, and helpful. The lady assisting us with the paperwork clearly explained what we were signing, gave us good advice on an extended warranty (which was reasonably priced) and got us out the door quickly. I have purchased several cars and trucks over my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences that I have had. Bottom line: if you are looking for a Subaru, talk to the people at Hudiburg Subaru. You won't regret it.
Couldn???t have been more pleased with dealership and with Brian Starkey, the salesman. Brian was very knowledgeable and courteous and went the extra mile for me in finding the right vehicle for me. I???m pretty hard to please but Brian made the process easy. He even took my calls on his day off to find me the right vehicle. Good person good salesman
We have known the Hudiburgs since we were in grade school. My mother played bridge with Jean Hudiburg for forty years. We enjoyed our experience and Tom Blackwell was very informative and made our purchase less harsh when spending that kind of money.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
From the moment I pull up to this service entrance each time, there is a service writer ready to help. They make my waiting room experience bearable each visit by recognizing me and asking me if I need anything (i.e., anything to drink or a ride home), and keep me informed as to why I am waiting so long, if that is the case. And if my wait is at home they call me when the car is ready; not waiting for me to call them. The car always feels so much better when I drive it home.
Okay, the bad news. Recently (June 2018) I was taking a long 3 day trip and needed to make sure my general maintenance (battery, tires, etc.) was in good shape. I received the usual wonderful service. However, on my trip, the radio did not turn on until I was near my destination. That was okay but it worried me that something was wrong and hoped I don't break down on the highway. When I returned home after my trip, my battery died 3 days later in my garage. Whew! Is there a way to check the battery life before a trip?
Grayson was our salesman and he was very attentive and made sure we got the price we wanted. Phillip was the sales manager that worked our deal. I never felt pressured by either of them and I love my car!!!
I dealt with Tommy Freeman in service. He took excellent care of me from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the repairs and service. I have leased 3 cars from Bob Moore and been very happy. It is my personal opinion that a company is only as good as it's service!
I packed up the family and drove 4 hours after numerous communications discussing my potential purchase. Each team member, from management to sales and finance, all provided great customer service and in a very timely manner. Upon my arrival, our sales representative, Trey Roberts, had the vehicle all ready for us. He was well versed with this vehicle's attributes, even though it was not what they typically sell. It was nice to find a sales team that understands their customer's needs and they rolled out the red to my family to make this a very pleasant experience . Thanks Bob Moore team!
Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.
