Good experience, but double check the offered warranty

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.
Chris Madigan has been my service pro for years. I can always count on him & the exceptional mechanics to take care of my whips. The shop mechanics are the unheralded heroes, they fix everything & get little recognition from customers. Please let them know how great they are & how much I appreciate their work!!
Its also really convenient that they give a loaner, very nice.

My car was serviced quickly, I was kept informed throughout the day of the status and service recommendations to ensure safety and top performance of my vehicle. The best part is the valet service offered by Infiniti of Denver. A staff member met me at my office, picked up my vehicle, dropped a loaner for me and then brought my car back to me when the service was complete. This eliminated the hassle of finding someone to drop me off and pick me back up. As I was sharing with my colleagues how great the valet option is, my CEO who has a BMW and my CFO who has an Audi said neither of their dealerships provide this service so I recommended they get an Infiniti next time!
We have purchased or leased 9 Infiniti's from Infiniti of Denver and have found their sales and service departments to be top notch...beyond what you would expect from a luxury car dealer. Their sales and service personnel have also exceeded our expectations. In fact, we've had the same service advisor, Clark Herrold, since the very beginning, a testament to the reputation of the dealer and respect for its employees. Recent renovations to the dealership have only improved a quality business operation. I would recommend IoD without hesitation!
Great service top to bottom. From the moment I walked in to buying a car they treated me with respect and consideration. Only dealership I will be recommending people to. If you can, get Kieffer. Guy is very inclusive.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
I bought a Chrysler 300 from levis. A couple years ago. Customer service was great.I compared pricing to other dealerships and the price was on point.
The were very transparent on pricing even showing a price comparison of other competitors.
Also ,They threw in some custom rims 22in and a second set of when for $500.
Car was in sound mechanical condition. Never had a problem with it. Will definitely be buying again.
Mike went out of his way to get the best price I. My new 350 rx and had tremendous knowledge of all the features of the car which he took the time to explain to me in excellent detail. Super friendly place, no pressure great overall experience. Will be back for our next new car !! Thanks.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Was smooth, easy, honest. Satisfied with my new(er) car. :)
