More car for the money

This review focuses on the Q50 AWD vs. the BMW 328ix. I was surprised about the driving performance and interior functions. The Q50 comes with more interior stuff, including a better experience with the control screens. In short, it has more tech on the inside. The Q50 has great acceleration and handling-faster the the 328. The BMW 328 still has superior handling and design-it's just got more swag. For the money, however, there's more confidence in driving the Q50 after the warranty runs out. Having just driven the Q50 in six inches of snow...it does very well, even on un-plowed side streets. In summary: The BMW 328 is cooler, and handles slightly better. The Q50 has better tech, is more comfortable, and still fun to drive.
The service experience was great. I came in on a Saturday and the advisor was efficient and helpful. He was the only advisor working that day and did a great job!!!
I can actually say I love this car!

Since 2009 I was in love with the Genesis coupe but couldn’t afford it and been wanting it up to 2015, then I moved toward the Genesis 5.0 sedan or the Infiniti Q60 to look more my age. when I decided on strictly sedans I started looking at the Lexus GS 350 and the Infiniti Q50S. I test drive both and fell in love with the Q50S. Good speed, good power, smooth ride, a lot of features (depending on the trim you get -mine is just about fully loaded-), fun to drive, pretty good on gas even though it’s a V6, tons of safety features, looks mean but sleek at the same time. Awesome car and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun car to drive as well as safety oriented!
The dealerships is always professional and is accommodating.

This car was an awesome fit for me. A good size sedan. The exterior looks awesome love the body style with a sporty look. Luxury interior and the technology these cars have are insane. So pleased with my purchase.
Would not have leased three Infinitis from Douglas if I were not consistently satisfied with the service I receive. Awesome staff, totally customer focused. Love them.

Just purchased this beautiful car! Over all it’s a 5 star vehicle across all lines. My only small complaints are why why would you put the center console storage so far back that you car barely access it (and it’s rather small) and the glove box is also a bit tight.
Other than that feel confident to purchase this vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.

The vehicle is well designed. Interior cockpit is excellent. Since I purchased the vehicle in Oct. 2018-it's too early to determine realability.
Did have an alignment issue after purchase which dealer corrected. Unfortunately even though I had an extended warranty, they charged me for the realignment.
The friendliness and professional service was evident from the moment I pulled up to the garage. The wait was not long and best of all my salesman from 7 months ago came over to say hello AND he remembered my first and last name! I'm a happy customer! Oh and my car is cool too :)
We had a wonderful experience with our Saleman = Josias Maduro. He is a fine salesman and very polite and shows great standards of professionalism. I would highly recommend Josias to my colleagues and friends who are seeking to purchase a vehicle. He has outstanding and Infiniti is fortunate to have a salesman with his qualities working for them.

Absolutely love Infiniti and they continue to impress. I will always drive an Infiniti. I have the Sport and will be happy for years to come.
I have leased with Nissan in the past and switched over to Infiniti. The staff made the transition smooth and enjoyable. They answered all my questions and were easily accessible whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend!

This car has good horsepower the inside has good materials no cheap plastic everywhere u look the outside has a killer design aggressive front end awesome car
After having a bad experience at Infiniti of Lynbrook ( see my review) I called Manhasset and spoke with Vin, gave him all the details of what I wanted, and agreed on the price and when to pick up the car. I arrived at the appointed time and was introduced by vin to Jerry C., who took over at that point. I got to test-drive the car I was going to buy, signed all the paperwork, and about an hour later was out the door with my new 2019 Qx50. Jerry took his time, even stayed after closing time to show me all the details and even called the next day to inquire as to how I had made it home. This is my fourth Infiniti and I can tell you, this is real service !!
The customer experience is unmatched, the service and advisors are very attentive and helpful. They do everything to make you feel at ease about leaving your vehicle for service with them and if they have a mishap they make it right.
