My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Excellent! car I would love to try the SUV hybrid,I think the suv is sharp. I will be trying one as sodas I can. I have never driven the suv hybrid . Handling of the car was great!

Prices are market competitive when inspection & preparation fees are included - but the overall experience delivered with convenience at speed, well inspected/maintained cars with 5 day return & 30 days warranty is what will set this company apart. As a new immigrant to US, buying a car from Shift made my life easier as I didn't need to visit multiple dealers, understand the differences in services & pricing, no time spent on haggling the prices as it's not needed either, two test drives brought to my place at a time convenient for me & family thus we didn't have to face traffic etc, plus Shift is taking care of the DMW registration so it makes it whole lot easy. Both test Drivers were great and Emily from finance was particularly very patient & helpful with loan approvals.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I bought car after someone turned in lease. Less than 20 thousand miles, and warranty left. A year ago. Its been in shop about every other month, for air conditioning problems that they seem to have no clue whats going in, to left rear wheel sensor going bad. Now its the water pump bad. Will not buy another infiniti if this is what they do. And the air is still not fixed. Saying its the hybrid the reason the air is not cold, after this going to try to trade it for a mustang

Sometimes things in life shift your priorities and you need to make adjustments. My wife and I had a 2015 Chevy Silverado we purchased to tow the toys around our lake house. We are no longer planning on keeping the lake house and with that we will no longer have a need for such a large vehicle. Over dinner my wife and I decided we should look into purchasing a more practical vehicle for our current and future family needs. Our first stop was CarMax to have the truck appraised, and then we walked into Infiniti of Naperville. We were not looking forward to another car buying experience. The receptionist greeted us cordially, and paged for an available sales associate. We were introduced to Adam Murczek, where he ever so politely introduced himself to my wife first then to me. Thank you for being a gentleman to my wife. From that moment our experience changed.... We told Adam we wanted a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Infiniti QX60. He asked us what we knew about the vehicle and I said "nothing", at that moment his face lite up. You knew he was passionate about what he did, and that certainly showed through the amount of knowledge that he provided on the vehicle both in the showroom and on our test drive. After our test drive, we went back to discuss numbers and have our truck appraised by Infiniti. We had questions regarding leasing a Qx60 vs buying. We were introduced to the used car manager Jim Kalcic, who explained why we should lease or buy a vehicle. My wife and I crunched the numbers to see what would make sense, and Jim waited patiently to make sure if we had any questions they answered and to make sure our decision was the right one for us, and not what made the dealer the most money. We decided to proceed with the purchase of the 2017 QX60. Adam was very straight forward and honest with us, as he said I have a little wiggle room I do not have $5,000 to knock off of the vehicle. We met at a price that both parties agreed on. Of note, they beat CarMax???s appraisal on our truck. The experience did not stop there. After signing some documents we went to the finance office where we were assisted by Sean Pelkey. Super easy and seamless process, on a docupad. Sean did not pressure us with any of your ???typical??? finance products, but instead he showed us why we might find value in some of the products. Thank You Sean we shared some good laughs too. I would like to thank all of you gentleman who helped and assisted us in this car buying experience. Lastly, Adam you stand out of the crowd of your ???typical car salesman.??? You are genuine and truly have a passion for what you do every day. I have once been on your side of the desk and it can get frustrating, outside of the longer hours that are put into your job while being away from your family. Your character and dedication to your job and clients most importantly, is one to be recognized not only in a review but by upper management/ownership of Infiniti of Naperville. I stopped in to get an oil change on Saturday morning and Lee greeted me at the door with a smile. He was very professional He gave me a realistic time of how long it would take for my service. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes or it seemed less than 20 minutes. I can say that he under promised and over delivered. This was my first visit there seeing that I was new to the area, but it won't be my last.

The reason I bought this 2015 Q50s Hybrid AWD because of Nissan history of race ready sports cars like 300zx, 240 and the Skyline GTR, for this having the autopilot it was a plus for me to trade in my 2014 535d Xdrive Msport BMW. Will see if I made that right call for the reliability and build quality.
