The reason I bought this 2015 Q50s Hybrid AWD because of Nissan history of race ready sports cars like 300zx, 240 and the Skyline GTR, for this having the autopilot it was a plus for me to trade in my 2014 535d Xdrive Msport BMW. Will see if I made that right call for the reliability and build quality.

This car is one of the best cars I drove. It’s so comfortable, great sound system, 354 hp which is very great number for this car , leather sport seats. Great car for daily drive.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Most other Hybrid vehicles end up losing power due to the battery, however, this one actually gains HP. It is extremely quick, and I love the ability to switch to a more economy style of driving if so desired. Every technology package included in this vehicle has been utilized, and I love.

I bought car after someone turned in lease. Less than 20 thousand miles, and warranty left. A year ago. Its been in shop about every other month, for air conditioning problems that they seem to have no clue whats going in, to left rear wheel sensor going bad. Now its the water pump bad. Will not buy another infiniti if this is what they do. And the air is still not fixed. Saying its the hybrid the reason the air is not cold, after this going to try to trade it for a mustang

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

I own the 2014 Q50 Hybrid AWD Premium. This seems like a safe car. It has one keep assist and brake assist, which is a great safety feature. If the car thinks you are about to get into an accident (e.g. sliding on ice), the seatbelts tighten automatically to secure you in your seat. Additionally, the car feels very heavy and secure. The car has had a few reliability issues. I purchased my car used at 30,000 miles. The ABS sensor went out at about 50,000 miles, which doesn’t sound like that bad of a problem. Well, in fact, the car refused to drive more than 100 feet before it jerked so badly it felt like the car was about to implode. It didn’t help, I was 80 miles away from the nearest Infiniti dealer. Whole thing cost 200 dollars and car was driving like it was new right after. Seemed very odd that the car was unusable for just a sensor. Covered under warranty including the 80 mile tow. Additionally, at 40,000 miles, the AC compressor went out. The lead mechanic had never heard of or seen this before. Because my Q50 is a hybrid, it uses a totally different AC compressor and required a delivery of the part. They fixed it and it was covered under warranty. So far, those two are the only issues I’ve had with the car. Also, one of the negatives is the braking with the hybrid. First owned hybrid so I don’t know how other hybrids are with their braking, but the brake is variable and feels kind of weird sometimes. The car rides very smoothly. Taking it for highway drives is a breeze and the steering is nice, and feels like rails on the road with the AWD. Good road car for sure. It’s very fast and you have to watch your speed else you’ll get a lot of speeding tickets. The onboard technology is great. If you set lane keep assist and cruise control on while on a mostly straight highway, the car will essentially drive itself and slow down if a car is in front of you. I believe this requires the Premium technology package. Very fancy stuff for a 2014 year car. I am up to 65,000 miles now and still feels good. For a tall person, there isn’t quite as much front seat leg room. I’m 6’ 4’’ and it feels comfortable for me, but the previous car I had, a Cadillac CTS, has more leg room but the Q50 is sufficient for my height. One thing to note is there’s very little trunk space due to the hybrid battery. Overall, I’m happy with the car.

I still had a good car a 2009 Acura mdx with low mileage, but with the family no longer close by I wanted a sedan and was contemplating between the 2014 Kia optima sxl and vw cc..ended up with the Kia which I don't regret bcos..Peter and Lou made it happen and the car is a wow..its a beauty and drives with a punch👍👍 and compared to other dealers, I had a very good deal....i might still come for the cc too😁. Keep being honest....

Great combination of performance and economy. Can be hard to find but well worth the search for a good example. Interior is well crafted, but the real draw is the ultra quick drivetrain.

Excellent! car I would love to try the SUV hybrid,I think the suv is sharp. I will be trying one as sodas I can. I have never driven the suv hybrid . Handling of the car was great!

I love to get my infinity JX35 serviced here! They are all so nice and it's a beautiful facility. They have a big TV, snacks and drinks and free wifi. My car always comes back vacuumed and washed.

CarMax quoted me $6,000 for my 2013 Kia with 100K miles. Matt and his team at CarLotz sold it within 6 weeks and I made $2,000 more going through CarLotz. The process takes a bit more time than insta-cash through CarMax but the patience pays off. I trust CarLotz and would recommend to anyone selling their automobile to go through CarLotz first.

Love everything about this car with the exception of the Infiniti connect system (emergency unlock, valet features, etc.). Various apps for different things and most never worked or were developed as Infiniti promised. I received a ’free’ year’s subscription after initial installed module was no longer supported and I STILL could not ’connect’. Everything else, including the infiniti dealership, is great.

The Q50 has been great. It’s comfortable and the ride is great. The gas mileage is good also. One of the best looking cars on the road today.

I have been to many dealerships for service and sales. I decided to take my vehicle in for service to Munday Chevrolet after many bad experiences t other locations. All service advisors are very nice, there is only a couple of senior advisors, One in particular a lady name Connie, is always on the move and she always answers all my question. I like the fact that they don't lie to me and are up front and forward. I will continue going in for service and most likely I will be purchasing a new vehicle.

I didn't purchase my vehicle at Noyes but, after the awesome service I received I wish I had! This is the second time I have serviced here and my car always comes out with a fresh vacuum and wash! John in service didn't try to push me into anything and Mandy (the shuttle driver) gladly drove me to my destination so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I even walked around the showroom and didn't feel like a fish out of water. I spoke to Spencer Noyes, the manager, who simply talked to me about my current lease and even gave me recommendations in order to save me money in the long run. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or service a new or used Volkswagen stop at Noyes first!
