Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
Fantastic Car but room for minor improvements

I am a very satisfied owner of a 2018 Q60 Red Sport 400 having previously owned a 2008 GS37S. It is a fantastic car with great performance, acceleration, and handling. It drives almost like a very good race car. The looks, creature comforts, and driveability are superb.
The is however some room for minor improvements is three areas associated with its "drive-by-wire" features.
The biggest one is the "spring feedback" in the steering; I'm not talking about the lack of road-feedback but about the very artificial nature of the "feel" while turning the steering wheel while turning and it's tendency to cause the car to lurch sideways if you momentarily take your hand off the wheel while turning. The GS37S did not do that.
The second one is a throttle that feels like a "drive-by-wire" throttle upon the very slightest "first throttle application" when moving at very low speed (like in a parking lot) which causes the car to suddenly surge forward (the GS37S did not have this issue). It is not noticeable during normal driving.
The other is the absence of a sensor to detect that the front "Air Dam" is about to hit a curb; there are sensors that work great when you come close to other things but no warning if you are about to hit the curb in front of you in the parking lot (the Air Dam is lower than many of them).
With that said, I am very happy with the car and would recommend it to anyone.
Everyone is kind, I get in & out super quick. Ice always been able to get a loaner for over night services. It's a clean, upscale & pleasant atmosphere.

The INFINITI Q60 is a very attractive and reasonably priced luxury sport coupe. From its unique sleek styling to its many standard features and options, this vehicle truly met all of our needs. The INFINITI In-Touch Infotainment system is easily navigatable, and the Bose sound system with 13 speakers sounds amazing!

Dan my service advisor was fantastic. Although I live out of state and Infiniti of Cincinnati is not my primary dealer Dan took great care of me. I flew out of the Cincinnati airport for a 2 week trip to Europe. He arranged to pick up my QX80 at the airport and had it ready to go when I returned.
I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.

Everything in a car that anyone could want. Fast, comfortable, incredible car. Best looking car everywhere I go. Even for a coupe theres plenty of space.
The team at Stoops Buick GMC have made my experience and a friend very happy with our purchased. Great to have faith in the people you deal with and recommend any friend and see the same experience for them.
I had a good experience recently working with Darnell Bowens; he was easy to work with. I would work with him again when looking to purchase a vehicle.

Car is incredible value for the money. 400 hp, awd, neck twisting appearance. Very impressed with the safety features and ease of steering. Don't believe the reviews about the steering. Unless you bought this car for a racetrack the steering is great. You won't be disappointed....especially when you step on the gas pedal!
Mark went through all the features of the car and was able to answer all my questions. Appreciate his effort and how easy the whole thing was.

This car is so fun to drive. It is very responsive and comfortable! It has navigation with traffic and all the bells and whistles. The only drawback is the small back seat but this is really not a problem for us.
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.

Purchased this vehicle at Beaty Chevrolet with only 26,000 miles on it and it runs like a brand new one that has never touched pavement. When you play your favorite music the whole car makes you feel like you are at a concert and the handle and feel of this vehicle when you drive is smooth. Will not buy another make. Infinity is the best.

The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
